Problem

1. Engr. Abrera’s company’s sales growth may have reached its peak

2. Her marketing manager recommended that maybe it is time to consider designing new
products

3. She is in deep thoughts on what move she should make.

Solution

Start by creating new product designs, here if Engr. Abrera can’t make one hiring freshly
graduate will be the best move. Fresh graduates means fresh new ideas. With that aside, scouting
for new lands to develop will be next, with the help of the marketing manager’s and her
experience they should be able to find a suitable land to be develop. Thus in doing all of this the
problems are solve temporally. For a long-term plan it would be better to expand the company
reaching out to other rural areas to be develop.
