The Haarslev Fat Screw Press is designed for
the continuous mechanical extraction of fat
from cooked animal by-products to obtain the
highest yields of fat.

As the greaves pass along the screw, the fat is
pressed out and the greaves are discharged as
press cake. The fat expelled in the cage runs into
a collector trough where a screw with separate
drive conveys the fat and fines to the outlet.
