Quotation Terms
Prices are based on a package deal only and are not valid for partial items.
Prices Petra’s responsibility towards Specifications shall be limited to the contents of this quotation not
withstanding any liability to the contents of the project tender documents.
Freight Charges EX-factory
4 weeks from the date of this quotation. Any future correspondences related to this quotation does
Validity not constitute an extension of the validity of this quotation.
Please refer to PETRA for valid prices once the quotation has expired.
Delivery To be confirmed at order stage
Payment By confirmed & irrevocable L/C
Petra will provide up to two weeks of free storage for purchased equipment, from date of notification to
Storage purchaser of equipment readiness for shipment. Equipment not shipped after two weeks will be subject to a
weekly storage charge of 2% of equipment value until shipment
It is 12-months from commissioning date or 18-months from the shipping date, whichever comes first.
Warranty is against manufacturing defects only & covers the parts only.
Any part or portion thereof – except consumable parts under normal use within warranty period – will be
repaired or replaced provided that Petra’s examination shall prove to it is satisfaction the part has become

defective under normal use.
This warranty will be void if equipment has been damaged , misused , subjected to abnormal use or improper
installation , inadequate wiring , incorrect voltage conditions , unauthorized service , operation at abnormal
temperature.
