Double Twist
Mesh In Rolls
 1. DOUBLE TWIST MESH IN ROLLS

Steel woven wire mesh is used as a drapery system for rockfall protection
to prevent rocks and debris from falling onto roads, railways and buildings.

Steelgrid HR is a high strength version of the mesh, reinforced with high-tensile

steel wire ropes interwoven with the mesh during manufacture.

Gabions
 2. GABIONS

Gabions are steel wire mesh containers uniformly partitioned into internal
cells, interconnected with other units, and filled with stone at the project site
to form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures such as retaining walls, sea
walls, channel linings, revetments, and weirs for erosion control projects.

Jumbo Gabions
 3. JUMBO GABIONS

Jumbo Gabions are larger version of our regular gabions: steel wire
mesh containers uniformly partitioned into internal cells, with a greater
width than regular gabions, and a separate lid, interconnected with
other units, and filled with stone at the project site to form flexible,
permeable and monolithic structures. Their larger dimensions enable
faster project installation of larger retaining walls, sea walls, channel
linings, and revetments.

Sack Gabions
4. SACK GABIONS

Sack gabions are cylindrical baskets made of steel wire mesh used
for retaining structures, river works, erosion control.

Sack gabions are filled with stones at the project site and then lifted
into place to form flexible and permeable structures. They are often
used in emergency erosion control and repair works as they are rapid
to install and deploy.

Reno Mattresses®
5. RENO MATTRESSES®

Reno Mattresses are rectangular units made of steel wire mesh

uniformly partitioned in internal cells, which are filled with stones at the
project site to form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures such as
river bank protection and channel linings for erosion control projects.

Terramesh® System
6. TERRAMESH® SYSTEM

Terramesh System is a modular system used for soil reinforcement

made of pre-assembled units fabricated with double twisted wire
mesh 8x10 made of Galmac (Zn-Al5% alloy) and polymer coated
steel wire.

The facing element of the unit is formed by connecting the back

panel and the 2 diaphragms to the main soil reinforcement unit,
thereby creating the rectangular shaped cells used for containing the
stone fill.

Green Terramesh®
6. GREEN TERRAMESH®

Green Terramesh is an environmentally friendly modular system

used for soil reinforcement. It is designed to revegetate once installed
to create a green faced reinforced soil slope.

The Green Terramesh main unit is fabricated from Galmac (Zn-Al5%

alloy) and polymer coated steel wire.

Road Mesh®
7. ROAD MESH®

Road Mesh® is a unique bi-directional heavy duty reinforcement used in the

bound layers of pavement structures. Its 3-dimensional structure enables the
bound layer materials to interlock with the mesh, and therefore optimum and
immediate load transfer from the aggregate to the reinforcement occurs.

Road Mesh® is typically used for road maintenance and new road
construction, where conditions are less favorable, and where traditional
remedial or design solutions are no longer viable. Road Mesh ® absorbs and
ultimately reduces the peak tensile stresses caused by the presence of
reflected cracks and/or traffic.

MacMat® R
8. REINFORCED GEOMAT - MACMAT® R

MacMat® R is a reinforced geomat made from a three-dimensional polymer

matrix extruded onto a double twisted steel wire woven mesh.
The reinforcing hexagonal steel wire mesh has mechanical characteristics
exceeding those in EN 10223-3.
The wire is protected with GalMac® Zn-AI5% galvanising in accordance with EN
10244-2, Class A. The galvanised wire is also available with an extruded polymer
coating for additional protection.
