Description:
PINET is basically to automate the major business process of the IT Recruiting Company. This project
contains three modules viz., HR, Finance, and Legal. Each Module again contains many sub Modules.HR
Module which includes the complete recruitment process staring from searching the candidates to the HR
induction Program. There will be different roles involved in Business Process. Recruiters will Store the
resume, Search the resume whenever requirement comes, Sales Executives will sale the recruited
candidate to Client.
