Union Hydropower Limited was established on 2064 B.S. as a private limited

company by a highly esteemed team of Professionals. It went on being public
Limited Company on 30th Falgun, 2072 with an aim to foster potential hydropower
sector of Nepal. Our central office located in Lalitpur -3, Dhobighat easily
accessible and open during office hours 6 days a week. The authorized capital of
our Company is NRs. 1000 million & issued capital is NRs. 750 million. Our
Company has more than 700 shareholders.

This company has developed its first project in Lamjung district. Midim khola
(Karapu) 3MW project is on the verse of operation is financed by Sanima Bank and
Sunrise Bank Ltd. Hydro Consult Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (HCE) is the Design
Consultant. High Himalaya Hydro construction, Cream Hydel Pvt. Ltd, Qiankang
Allonward Hydro-Equipment CO. Pvt. Ltd are the Civil, Hydro-Mechanical and
Electro-Mechanical contractor respectively.
