Assessment of planets in Nadi Astrology

Arrangement of planets from A to F according to their power in a birth chart:

(A) Exalted and powerful planets & its circumstances and assessment of circummstances
(B) Planet placed in own Sign
(C) Planets in friendly signs
(D) Planet placed in enemies sign or imprisoned in enemies house
(E) Debilitated or weakest planet

A means more good happenings and less Sevier bad happenings. F means less good happenings
and more Sevier bad happenings.

A:- Exalted planet if in adverse situation then he loses his exaltation. Here adverse situation
means, if such exalted planet is with his dead enemies in 1-5-9. Here degree of the planets has
more importance. Suppose Sun and Mercury has Saturn in 5 th and Jupiter in 9th. Here we
simply say sun mercury Saturn and Jupiter. But this is wrong. We have to arrange these planets
as per their degrees only. Suppose degree wise the above combination is Saturn + Jupiter + sun
+ Mercury, then this is the best combination. As there is no enmity between Saturn Jupiter,
Jupiter Sun and Sun mercury . Here Saturn Jupiter are best friend, Jupiter sun are best friends,
and also Sun and Mercury are also friends. The enmity between Saturn and Sun is blocked by
Jupiter. Hence even if enemies has gathered in one house/trine,they will give their best result.
In such situation the exalted planet will not lose his exaltation. Conclusion is that in the chain
of planets the 1st planet should support the next planet in the chain to get the best result.

Contrary to the above, suppose exalted Sun has in trine Saturn and Rahu. In this case even if
sun is exalted he can not give his result as both Saturn as well as Rahu are enemies.

B:- Planets placed in own sign

Planets placed in own sign is further divided into 2 parts as per their rank.

1. Planet in own sign with combination of friendly planets.

2. Planet in own sign with combination of enemy planets. Here the planet is capable
but can’t give the result.

C:- Planet placed in friendly signs are somewhat powerful then the debilitated planet or
planet in the house of enemies. The A B and C group planets are capable of giving good results.
D:- Planet placed in enemies camp or imprisoned in enemies house find it difficult to
progress or advance. In the first stage they fail to give their results and in second stage they try
to move and give good results.

Such planet if placed with friendly planet, then with the help of each other they try come out of
the pit or from enemies house. Thus they will give good result but latter.

If D type is lonely in a house without any friends, they become quite weak. If this D type planet
is placed with a enemy planet then become most weakest to give any good result.

E:- Debilitated planet are considered as weakest. They are unable to give result from their
portfolio. If such debilitated planet has combination of friendly planets, then its good. But if he
is with enemy combination then it is sure they will give the worst result to the native.

Placement shapes the planet but combination shapes the results.
