Kinematics, dynamics and vibration
•Kinematics: study of motion (displacement,
velocity, acceleration, time) without reference to
the cause of motion (i.e. regardless of forces).
•Dynamics: study of forces acting on a body, and
resulting motion.
•Vibration: Oscillatory motion of bodies &
associated forces.
