Requirements: -
• Degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or similar internationally recognized
institution.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years working experience in the offshore oil and gas industry with at least five
(5) years’ experience in similar capacity as an Engineering Manager.
• Possess project experiences in various type of contracts such EPIC, EPCC, PCC and PC will be an added

2. PRINCIPAL OR LEAD ENGINEER – TELECOM / ELECTRICAL / PIPING / STRUCTURAL /

PROCESS & TECHNICAL SAFETY (ENGINEERING DESIGN)
Requirements: -
• Degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or similar internationally recognized
institution.
• A registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate
• Minimum fifteen (15) years working experience in engineering design especially in handling projects
for offshore and onshore oil & gas facilities with at least five (5) years’ experience in similar position.
• Possess project experiences in various type of contracts such EPIC, EPCC, PCC and PC will be an added
advantage.
• Well-verse in relevant international design codes, Petronas Standards and Standard of International
Oil Companies or certification bodies.
• Possess knowledge in relevant engineering technical software.
• Excellent in interpersonal / communication skills, able to handle project stakeholders and possess
good leadership skills.

3. SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (ENGINEERING DESIGN)

Requirements: -

6. LEAD DESIGNER – ELECTRICAL / INSTRUMENTS / STRUCTURAL (ENGINEERING DESIGN)

Requirements: -
• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering discipline.
• Minimum ten (10) years working experience as a Lead Designer for Diploma holder or fifteen (15)
years working experience for Certificate holder.
• Well verse in 2D and 3D drafting / modelling using AutoCAD and familiar with PDMS / BOCAD or
other industrial 3D modelling software.
• Possess experience in handling and supervising designers / drafters in project work.

7. DRAUGHTERS – ELECTRICAL / INSTRUMENTS / PIPING / PROCESS / STRUCTURAL

(ENGINEERING DESIGN)
Requirements: -
• Certificate or Diploma in any relevant discipline and must be conversant in AutoCAD
• 3-5 year’s experience in drafting and design and layout development and shop/fabrication drawings
in oil and gas or industrial designs.
• Knowledgeable in interpreting Electrical, Instrument, Piping, Structural symbols, legends and 2D CAD
drafting.
• Possess knowledge of PDMS / BOCAD will be an added advantage.

8. SENIOR PDMS DESIGNER – ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT (ENGINEERING DESIGN)

Requirements: -
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering discipline.
• Minimum eight (8) years working experience in Electrical and Instrument design and layout
development.
• Must be conversant in PDMS, MDS and AutoCad.
• Possess basic level in Instrument and Electrical engineering concepts.
• Familiar with Instrument and Electrical fabrication / construction activities.

9. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (ENGINEERING DESIGN, HESS PROJECT)

Requirements: -
• Certificate or Diploma in any discipline.
• Possess experience as Document Controller in project environment.
• Good knowledge in any Document Control System i.e Assai, Aconex etc.

Requirements: -
• Minimum Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
• 1-3 years working experience as technical assistant or assistant engineers in any engineering
disciplines in oil and gas or industrial designs.
• Possess knowledge in oil & gas materials i.e pipes, valves, fittings, instrument tubing, structure steels,
etc including materials procurement will be an added advantage.

11. PROJECT MANAGER PLANT CONSTRUCTION – ONSHORE (MARINE SERVICES, HUC)

Requirements: -
• Degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum ten (10) years relevant experience as Project Manager managing project for EPCC involving
multi-disciplinary package in oil & gas or petrochemical industries with a value of more than RM 10
million.

12. PROJECT / FIELD ENGINEER – PIPING / STRUCTURAL / ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENT

(MARINE SERVICES, HUC)
Requirements: -
• Degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or similar internationally recognized institution.
• Minimum eight (8) year’s experience working in multi-disciplinary construction works with at least
three (3) years in the offshore construction / maintenance industry.
• Possess a valid PETRONAS Offshore Safety Passport / OPITO BOSIET.
• Must have the ability to organise and direct all activities pertaining to the respective disciplinary
offshore hook-up and construction works.

13. PLANNING / SCHEDULING ENGINEER (MARINE SERVICES, HUC)

Requirements: -
• Must be familiar with PRIMAVERA 6.0 to develop bar charts, CPM networks, S0-Curve schedules and
manpower Histograms.
• Minimum eight (8) year’s experience in multi-tasking construction and three (3) years in onshore /
offshore construction industry & two (2) years in design office work.
• Must be able to monitor projects schedules and cost, downtime analysis reports, measure progress
versus plans and prepare progress reports.
• Must be able to monitor and their impact on AFC man-hours, cost and schedule.

14. CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR (MARINE SERVICES, HUC)

Requirements: -
• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Must have minimum eight (8) year’s experience working in the oil & gas industry and five (5) years
working experience in a similar position.
• Must have extensive knowledge in legal matters pertaining to contracts between the company and
the client.

15. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (ASSET MANAGEMENT)

Requirements: -
• Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• Five (5) year’s experience as Document Controller.
• Very good knowledge of vessel libraries and document control processes.
• Adept in technical or operational aspects of document management.
• Effective communication with vessel crews and senior management.

16. TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT (ASSET MANAGEMENT)
Requirements: -
• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 - 8 years relevant experience in similar position.
• Possess relevant sea-going work experience as Chief Engineer/Marine Engineer / Chief Electrician or
ETO with minimum Class 2 certification or equivalent with experience in Heavy Lift Pipelay vessels,
AHTS, Offshore Supply / Offshore tug / Dive Support vessels.
• Those with DP vessel experience will be highly advantageous.

17. CREWING EXECUTIVE, PAYROLL (ASSET MANAGEMENT)

Requirements: -
• Diploma in Human Resource, Advance or Graduate Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of crewing software, Net Vision COMPAS will be added advantage.
• Familiar with SAP System.

18. QUALITY ENGINEER (QHSE)

Requirements: -
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Five (5) years relevant experience in similar position.
• Qualified lead auditor / assessor or trained in ISO 19001.
• Participated in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

19. IT ENGINEER (IT)

Requirements: -

25. LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Requirements: -
• Minimum of a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent
qualification to related field.
• Ten (10) years relevant experience in similar position.
• Possess experience to coordinates planning, organization and implementation of electrical
engineering projects within constraints of specific objectives and target dates as specified by
management.
• Previous international experience an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of offshore oil & gas operations, facilities design and process safety.

26. PROCESS ENGINEER

Requirements: -
• Minimum of a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Mechanical / Chemical &
Science or equivalent qualification in related field.
• Five (5) years relevant experience in similar position.
• Possess experience with either a recognized design house or an Oil & Gas Operator is preferred.
• Design experience on both offshore oil & offshore gas production facilities is essential.

27. CONSTRUCTION LEAD

Requirements: -
• Minimum of a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Bachelor in Engineering or Science
discipline or equivalent qualification in related field.
• Ten (10) years relevant experience in similar position.
• Must be able to provide strategy and guidance in to the Facilities group to achieve fit for purpose and
economic and industry compliant structures / pipelines / marine facilities.
• Lead the T&I interfaces with Design, HSE, Construction, and Procurement & Contracting parties
(internal and external).
• Possess experience to develop optimum schedules considering interfaces with 3rd parties platforms,
rig access, minimizing any live platform shutdown requirements, availability of marine construction
assets etc.

36. MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Oil & Gas.
• Must be experience with operations & facilities groups for brownfields / platform modification needs
as they arise.

37. ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER

Requirements:
• Minimum of a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
qualifications to related field.

• Experienced with specifications and equipment assessment for corrosive hydrocarbon service of
rotating equipment.

Requirements:
• Minimum of a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Engineering Mechanical or equivalent

• Familiar with corrosion monitoring of thickness, IOW (Integrity Operating Window – PI and Lab
Testing Reports), corrosion / bio probe, corrosion coupon & cathodic protection monitoring with
trend analysis.
• Knowledgeable of International Standard and codes relating to oil & gas industry, structures,
pipelines, pressure and process facilities.
• Must be knowledgeable corrosion Risk Assessment, Design & Material Selection, Protective Coating

39. QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

Requirements:
• Minimum of a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Engineering Mechanical or equivalent
qualifications to related field.
• Five (5) year’s experience in Oil & Gas.
• Must be Knowledgeable with quality management system encompasses the requirements of the
relevant ISO 9000 series and provides for deliverables to plan, schedule and control project activities.
• The QA/QC Construction will initially work with the Engineering and Procurement teams. This
individual will be supported by NFX inspectors, and third-party inspectors.
• Possess experience to coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and
vendors coordinate all nondestructive testing on site.

40. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Requirements:
• Minimum of a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Information Management / Business
Administration / Library Science or equivalent qualifications to related field.
• Two (2) year’s experience in Oil & Gas.
• Good knowledge of Operator (PSC) & Brownfield HTI Projects is preferable.
• Intermediate skills in e-DMS (ASSAI, Live link, Team binder)

41. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

Requirements:
• Minimum of a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Information Management / Business
Administration / Library Science or equivalent qualifications to related field.
• Two (2) years’ experience in Oil & Gas.
• Good knowledge in Organized and maintains files of supervisor’s correspondence and records,
prepares special reports, letters and memoranda for principal’s signature.

42. PM FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

Requirements:
• Minimum of a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or
Information Technology or MIS/ICT equivalent qualifications to related field.
• Five (5) years’ experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experienced in using SAP MM Certified with 2 cycles of implementation.
