Meal 1:

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole

4-5 lbs. of whole chicken Paprika Salt and Pepper to taste

SAVE ½ of Chicken for Meal # 5 Wad three pieces of aluminum foil into 3 to 4 inch balls, and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker. Rinse the chicken, inside and out, under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towels. Season the chicken with the salt, pepper and paprika, and place in the slow cooker on top of the crumbled aluminum foil. Set the slow cooker to High for 1 hour, then turn down to Low for about 6 hours, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear. / Cook instant mashed potatoes as

1 can cream of mushroom soup

½ cup cheddar cheese (optional)

1 can French onions

Mix

green beans, mushroom soup and salt and pepper

together. Place in a dish and sprinkle with cheese. Cover

French onions and bake at 375F until brown and

bubbly (approx. 25 min.)

1 jar pasta sauce

Heat oven to 350F. Spray bottom and sides of rectangular dish 13x9x2. Spread ¾ cups of the pasta sauce in single layer over sauce; top with half of the remaining pasta sauce and 1 cup of the mozzarella

Libbys Green Beans Bakes Applesauce:

Place apples in a greased 1-qt. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and vanilla; mix well. Sprinkle over apples. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender. Uncover and mash with a fork. Serve warm.

Meal 5:

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese and salsa. Cook, stirring until melted and well blended. Stir in chicken and pinto beans. Fill tortillas with the mixture, roll and place into the prepared baking dish. Spread cheese over the top. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through. Garnish with your favorite toppings such as lettuce and tomatoes, or sour cream. *Serves 6 Mexican Corn: In a medium saucepan combine corn, cream cheese, butter, jalapeno peppers and garlic salt. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring constantly after cream cheese begins to melt.

In a large skillet, cook the potato and onion in oil until potato is tender. add spinach and sausage. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and water. Pour over sausage mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until eggs are completely set. Top with cheese. Serve immediately.
