Average Rate per hour includes a labour cost and asset (vehicle and equipment) component. Please note that not all activity is defined as an “incident” in our systems.
*Total value is the sum of the average rate per hour by the number of hours. A 25% loading has been added to the labour cost for complex rescue including road rescue, to reflect the additional
qualifications and skills required of our volunteers for these activities.
