Door leaf
Double-skinned, hot galvanised steel sections, 625 mm or 750 mm high. Overall thickness
42 / 20 mm, thermally insulated, infilled with CFC-free PU foam to DIN 4102 and DIN 18164,
building materials class B2 - normal flammability. Stucco-embossed on the inside and outside,
sections with uniform horizontal ribbing at 125 mm spacings. Thermal insulation value k = 1,64
W/m2K (for a fitted 4 x 4 m door). All door sections with finger-trap protection (European Patent),
effective inside and outside.
Bottom door section with double chamber, hollow profile seal with double lip as bottom seal, top
door section with lintel seal. Seals made of EPDM.

Surface:
Door sections coated with polyester primer on both sides, outside and inside in Grey White
based on RAL 9002.
The hot galvanised doorframe and fittings are not coated.

Tracks:
Track application N (normal tracks). Weight counterbalanced by a torsion spring assembly sited
behind the lintel, with torsion springs coated in Silver Grey (based on RAL 7001), with cable
drums and carrying cables at the sides. The door sections are parked behind the lintel,
horizontally within the room. Door safeguarded against crashing to the floor in the event of
torsion spring failure through the use of TÜV-tested safety structural components.

Frame:
Angled frame to two sides, in hot galvanised sheet steel with hand guards at the sides, with
vertical, screw-on, replaceable safety tracks. Lateral seal with additional sealing lip. Horizontal,
sturdy twin track (up to 5000 mm door height) or as single track with C-profile reinforcement
(from 5010 mm door height), with track supports up to 1500 mm long.

Door lock:
Internal operation by means of a shoot bolt (when engaged, cannot be dismantled), rotary latch
with patented latching spring disc or ground lock.

Door operation:
Door operation via one handle on the inside or by means of a hand rope (up to and including
door height 3500 mm) or pull pole (from door height 3510 mm).

Thermal insulation:
