Chapter 1: Introduction:
 Presenting the question or hypothesis your research paper focuses on.
 Explain here why the question under research is topical; state your
motivation to conduct the research, set the tasks involved in achieving
the objectives.
 Define the object and subject of the research.
 Specify the structure of your paper.
Chapter 2: Literature review& research materials
 Discussing major and secondary publications on your subject area.
 Presenting the divergences and convergences of the up-to-date
and outdated ones.
The literature review should provide not just a list of the literature sources
used, but rather a profound analysis of each of them.

Chapter 3: theoretical background & profile of company.


 This chapter focuses on the preferred methods of your research,
explaining the reasons for selecting this very method, stating its
advantages as well as limitations in comparison with others.
 This part of your research paper will paper will include the
methods you intend to use for conducting research. Here you
should also explain why, from your point of view, the chosen
method is applicable.

Chapter 4: Data Analysis & interpretation:


 Discussing and familiarizing your readers with the very procedure
of data obtaining, processing, selecting as well as finding answers
to the questions asked in introduction.

Chapter 5: findings, recommendations & conclusion:


 Presenting the answer to the question posed in introduction,
together with the justification indicating how the chain of
reasoning flows from discussion.

 Briefly and effectively summarize the content of the whole


research paper.

Finding: should be listed and draw based on the analysis of data.

Recommendation: should be practical, taking into account all the


difficulties that may arise in implementing them given the
company's resources, policies etc.

Conclusion: summary of interpretation of the data and results of the


study. Also comment on how the results of the experiment satisfied
the original purpose.

Appendices:
 Enclose here copy of the questionnaire used in your research,
interview questions, etc.

 Give No Appendix1, Appendix2, Appendix3, etc.

 Ethical commitment and topic approval forms should be included


at the end of the report.
