A) Mr.Ravindra Jadhav having vast experience in operation and maintenance
of ETP/STP/DM Plant/RO plant/MEE plant. In following industries.
THERMAX LTD C&WSSG pune as Kolhapur region coordinator and as a
Site in charge handling site of M/S. INDO COUNT INDUSTRIES LTD, T-3 Five
star MIDC, Kagal. Kolhapur. Since January 2007, Handling 3.6 MLD
biological base ETP followed by 2.5 MLD RO & 250 KLD MEE plant, and
looking daily operations reports preparation and also handling 1.5 MLD
ETP (UASB) un aerobic followed by aerobic system with (Bio Gas
supply/utilization system, 125 KVA DG set and canteen).
Also looking all MPCB/MIDC/CETP compliances and handling various
audits/ buyers compliances for environment .As an additional charge
handle “Kagal Hatkangale Five Star CETP” having capacity of 10MLD for two
years . From 01/12/2005 to 31/12/2006 works as site incharge on TO
(Thermal Oxidiser) plant site SYNGENTA INDIA LTD.Goa, handling DCS base
Asias biggest incineration plant.
 B) MR. Atul Gaikwad having vast experience in dairy industries from June
1995 to December 2002 he has works with MAYUR CO- OP MILK UNION &
DECCAN AGRO MILK UNION and also experience with Thermax Ltd.
C&WSSG pune as site incharge at various sites reports preparation and
also handling all legal compliances of MPCB/MIDC/CETP.
