currently employed as a Card Security and Claims Representative since 18 April 2017 Fraud Prevention
and Claims, and I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained at this make me an ideal candidate
for the said position.

I started as a customer service agent in this industry and gained a lot of experiences with my previous
accounts. I believe that one of the vital reasons behind my interest for this promotion is the dedication I
exert in whatever task I am given as evidenced by achievements. I was recognized as the Top Agent or
HighFlyer for Dish Q4 2014 in my previous account with Convergys, and here with Suntrust, as one of the
qualified teammates who received MVP incentives for November and December.

The position I am applying for may seem to be a sweeping paradigm shift at first, but as I reviewed the
job description, being an agent for almost four years gives me the advantage for this position. As a
tenured agent of Batch 1 Fraud Prevention and Claims, I am adept at multitasking and also experienced
in assisting escalated calls from my previous work in the Escalation’s Department.

I believe very strongly in personal accountability and integrity and have always made sure to represent
both my employer and myself in a professional and ethical manner. I strive to ensure that I am always
paying close attention to detail and ensuring that my work is nothing short of my best at all times.
