1. What program is used in your school to teach phonics?

a. Describe the different types of active engagement activities that
the teacher used.
The teacher starts to engage the students by showing them a video song of sound and

keep them sing a song. Let them remind the letter that they learned before. The
teacher has cards of sound that learned before, then she shows the students story of
the new letter that they will take today and after that, the teacher asks the students to
guess which letter we will learn it today. She has a box of a flashcard of a new letter
she asks the students who want to show us which letter we will learn it today, then
she choose a student to show their friends the letter with pictures and ask them what
this picture and that is let the students engaging with a lesson and be excited to learn
how to write a new letter.
