7. The Simulation
Indicator :
› The implementation of : public speaking, presentation skills, ice
breaking, art of facilitating.
› Participants are be able to apply the materials that have been
delivered by the speakers.
› Participants must be able to participate actively in simulation.
› Participants must communicate well
› Simulated targets : individual or group .
National TNT for International (IFMSA) Certification
 The TNT should comprise at least 24 working hours,
not exceeding more than 10 hours per day.
 Length of each training session, as well as breaks,
are the same as mentioned in the “training session”
guidelines.

Regional TNT or National TNT for National (ISMKI)

Certification
 Based on all of the materials length (minimum)
 2-3 days
National TNT for International (IFMSA) Certification
 To be internationally certified, the TNT has to be
conducted in at least ⅔ English

 The selection of the speaker should be consultation with
Leadership Development of ISMKI.

 All medical student of Indonesia.

able to bring an atmosphere of openness and fun.
 Has spirited of creative, innovative, and insightful.
 Mastering and understanding of training materials
and be able to present in a good presentation.
 Committed for being a speaker.
 Wear neat clothes and good attitude.
 Ready and committed to be a facilitators who
assist and guide the participants every time and
opportunity
Regional
 The TNT participant graduates as soon as he delivers his/her
1st training session. This should happen within 6 months after
the TNT has taken place. It is highly recommended to have
the first training as soon as possible.
 The participants should submit an evaluation form after their
TNT in order to receive their certificates.
 The coordinator(s) of the workshop has/have to make sure
that the evaluation form for the first training session of the
new trainer is filled in and upon these answers, the new
trainer shall get his national or international certification.
 If the evaluation of the new trainer hasn’t reached the
minimum level of the trainer graduation, the new trainer shall
conduct another session and be re-evaluated by his
facilitator to get the national/ international certificate.
