Dear Sir (s).

At the request of M/S Surya Chandra Construction Company pvt. Ltd., Dhapasi,
Kathmandu, Nepal, Nepal (hereinafter called the 'Appticant,') we, Nepat Bangtadesh
Bank Ltd., having our registered office at Battar Bazaar, Bidur lvlunicipality, Nuwakot,
Nepal (hereinafter called the "Guarantor") do hereby issue this guarantee to the extent of
NRs.2,000,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees: Two Million Onty) for Stell purchase under the
following terms and conditions:
'1. The Guarantor undertakes and agrees to pay sum not exceeding the abovel
Mentioned NRs.2,000,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees: Two Million Onty) subject to the
extent the Agency is liable to pay, against your written claim, along with the Guarantee
original, reaching us on or before the date of expiry certifying and evidencing the
Agency has failed to comply with the terms and conditions of the contract except a
failure due to Force Majeure, Acts of God or circumstances beyond their control.
2. This Guarantee shall be effective trom 14103t2018 (Fourteenth of March, Two
Thousand Eighteen) and expires on 1410912018 (Fourteenth of September, Two
Thousand Eighteen) .After the expiry or in the event the Agency should complete the
terms and conditions of the contract, whichever occurs earlier, this Guarantee shall
automatically become null and void and the Guarantor will be freed from all the
responsibilities under the said Guarantee.
3. Claims, if any, under this Guarantee must be submitted to us not later than the said
expiry date, i.e. 'l4l09l2018 (Fourleenth of September, Two Thousand Eighteen)
within banking hours. lf no such claim is received, this guarantee shall stand cancelled
and we shall stand absolutely and uncondjtionally absolved and discharged
hereunder, without the need for the return to us of this original Guarantee document,
cancelled or otherwise.
