 Independently researched and created a student sponsorship agreement description and logistics, a first one in the
company’s 50-year history. It was implemented into conference registration form and distributed to sponsors.
 Presented an idea to display logos of clients we have served and customer testimonials on our website to earn
credibility. The company did not have this previously implemented and the idea was approved by managers.
 Independently lead and sought out information for a Timeline Project, which was used as a part of a marketing
campaign celebrating the company’s 50th Year Anniversary.
 Collected and presented Google Analytics data during cross-departmental meetings, after which concrete changes
have been implemented on the company website to drive traffic and increase the number of clicks. As a result,
coworkers directly request me to present demographics, landing pages success and any desired analytics data.
 Collected, analyzed and successfully lead discussion of consumer feedback through Survey Monkey.
 Monitored 3 separate email account, in addition to personal internal account, through which customers send in
their requests and concerns. As a result, can answer and assist with over 60 emails per day.
 Solely responsible for generating Purchase Orders for department invoices and creating over 60 discount codes.
 Updated and emailed out over 30 trade agreements, and followed-up with each separately as needed.

Member of Onboarding Committee May 2017 – Present

 Collaborated with 27 student ambassadors in calculated risk taking, data driven decision making and innovative
problem solving.
 Pitched the idea to develop a Q&A session between the Ambassadors and students, which later was incorporated
into a new program “Real Talk”.
 Served on the On-boarding Committee, which guided and promoted student engagement within the College of
Business.
 Hosted “Street Smarts Student Orientation” sessions with over 100 attendees. These sessions are part of the peer
to peer on-boarding process designed to engage, motive and inspire incoming students. This has now become part
of a newly designed course at University of Central Florida.
 Engaged and interacted with over 8,000 students at the College of Business through educational and professional
events such as Welcome to the Majors, the Exchange presentations and Peer Mentoring Programs.
 Networked with various corporate partners, sponsors, and Dean’s Advisory Board members during events such as
Hall of Fame and Luncheons.
 Kept students aware of changes in the College and stayed informed on what the student body needs to be
successful
