The purpose on the sponsorship of Bali Bakery for Tropical

Transit in Java jazz festival is in Order to promote Bali Bakery
café & Patisserie in Jakarta. As we know the Domestic tourist
from Jakarta who comes to Bali, the numbers is above
average; in that case we want to make Bali Bakery one of the
reasons Jakarta people comes to Bali….

March 4, 2010

1. 1.10 pm leaving Bali by plane, and arrive 1.50 pm Jakarta time.

2. Survey the kitchen Equipment and the place and storage in the apartment.
3. Buy water And Fruits

March 5, 2010

1. 10.00 am meeting with frozen food catering, (PT. BE Great International), about the product and
the deal for 3 days ahead. The result is they will lean the freezer.
2. 2.00 pm prepare the snack (chocolate croissant, Butter Roll, Blueberry Muffin).
3. 5.45pm Prepare Dinner for the musician, and finish at 7.45pm (Beef Black Pepper sauce, and
ayam semur sauce)
4. Agree to use small Sticker for meal box.
5. And for the dessert we serve orange.

March 6, 2010

1. 8.00 am serve Breakfast (Vegetables Quince, pan Au Chocolate, Danish raisin)half

2. The musician practice at 10.00 am
3. The freeze box, from PT. Be Great Internationals arrives at 11.00 am with all the foods.
4. 11.00 pm give the rest of the bread to the crew as a coffee break.
5. 17.00pm lunch (Chicken teriyaki and rendang daging) finish at 18.20 pm.
6. Preparing for the dinner
7. Meeting with the coordinator, about the ticket and accommodation for the day.
8. 00.00 pm dinner, ( beef semur sauce, and chicken bumbu rujak)
9. For the dessert watermelon.
10. Prepare for breakfast and lunch.

March 7, 2010

1. 8.00 am serve breakfast (pound cake, cheese muffin and banana Danish) half
2. Prepare for lunch
3. 12.00 pm serve lunch ( beef bumbu bali and chicken curry)
4. Dessert orange
5. 2.30 pm prepare for take away snack.
6. 3.00 pm clear up..
7. 4.30 pm go the venue (Java Jazz)
8. Meet the java jazz Even Coordinator, and talking about the venue for rent, in java Jazz 2011.

March 8, 2010

1. 7.00 am Serve Breakfast ( Beef curry and beef pepper)

2. Dessert Watermelon.
3. Clear up the place, and return the freezer.
4. 11.00 am, go to Munik spice restaurant, to check the stuff in there.
5. 13.30 pm go to Tan liong to Check Kitchen Equipment.
6. 21.05 pm go back to Bali Arrive at 00.00 Bali Time.

Conclusions
1. The food from Bali Bakery Is too much, may be next time we can reduce to ½ kg.
2. We always have miss communication with the artist coordinator, because they don’t scramble
the rundown schedule,.
3. The expectation from the musician and the crew is the bread, and they suggest if we become
the sponsor for the next time we should make simple food like sandwich and bread so they can
take away… and little heavy food only for lunch.

java Entertainments, office in simpruk six month before the event, for the future notice the spoke man
for the even said they will email the term and condition to Bali Bakery.
