From the CEO

At Northern Nevada Medical Center (NNMC) we take great pride in

“honoring the life’s journey” of the patients we care for every day.
Our patients are our guests, and we’re constantly striving to deliver
exceptional health care to every guest we serve.

This means the recruitment of compassionate and highly trained

physicians and clinical staff and the consistent evaluation and
implementation of technology that helps us to provide the most
advanced care possible.

This year, the hospital was honored to receive the Reno Sparks Chamber of Commerce Large
Business of the Year Award for Outstanding Patient Care and Service Excellence Outcomes.
The award recognizes the spirit and dedication of the physicians and staff at NNMC and the dignity
and respect with which they treat our patients.

We’re proud of our accomplishments. We hope this report will provide you with a glimpse of all
that NNMC has to offer in providing advanced and compassionate patient care and service.
