MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES – NOTICE OF TENDERS

TENDER No.03/2018

1. Applications for pre-qualification of contractors / firms are invited by

GE (A) Svcs Mangla so as to be received by on or before 19 Mar 2018. Tender shall be
issued to the pre-qualified contractors on and / or after 26 Mar 2018. Tender shall be
received by accepting officer by 1100 hrs on 02 Apr 2018. Tender shall be opened in the
office of GE (A) Svcs Mangla at 1200 hrs on 02 Apr 2018. Contractors who desire may
be present at the time of opening of tenders.

a. Provn of Footpath at Sabzazar-II Cly at Mgl Cantt Rs. 1.043 (M)
b. Provn of Elec Sup to Mag Bong Camp at HQ 101 AD Rs. 1.80 (M)

2. Firms / Contractors who are enlisted with MES in categories A, B, and registered
with Pakistan Engineering Council may only apply.
3. Firms / Contractors not borne on approved list of MES will furnish a certificate
along with their applications. Giving details of works executed during last two years and
those in hand on proforma appended below: -

4. Detail of works can be obtained from the office of concerned executive on any
working day.
5. Firms / contractor not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council will not be
considered for issue of tender documents.
