I am writing to you about a reading lamp which I ordered from your online shop on February 28th .
The lamp arrived safely two weeks ago and it worked perfectly for two days but now something is not
working. I can’t turn it on. I am really sad because reading and drinking tea at night was my favourite
thing to do. I am sure I haven’t done anything wrong…. I know how to use a lamp.
As much as I like it, I am returning the lamp. Could you send me a new one? If not, please refund the
money.
