Ms. Corbitt has been working hard to learn the 5th Grade Language Arts curriculum. She plans small group lessons that are
differentiated for each students' reading level and engaging. Her writing lessons are aligned with the curriculum and she is working to
develop plans so that the students are engaged. We are working together to build lessons that challenge students' higher level thinking
skills.

Ms. Corbitt has used her instructional planning extremely well. She develops well planned small group lessons for each of her groups
and they are differentiated to meet their needs. She asks for guidance in developing plans when needed and uses the curriculum guide
as she develops her plans.

Ms. Corbitt has been hard at work to improve her instructional delivery. This week she has gained more confidence in her whole group
instruction. She can be found walking around the room more - leading to more student engagement. She has become more assertive in
her delivery as well. I would like to see her use more technology in her lessons, as I think this will help with student engagement. I look
forward to next week, as she takes over the entire classroom.

Ms. Corbitt has created a positive and safe environment for her students. Her classroom management is something that we are working
on as she adjusts to her role as "lead teacher." She has grown more comfortable with taking control of the classroom and redirecting the
students behavior when needed. I look forward to watching her growth in this area in the coming weeks.

on any task that she is given.
