The Tourism District can be formed like a triangle that involves District 3, 5 and 6 as the main
attraction centers in the city. The concentration of tourism sites and suppliers are found in these
areas 1. The development of other districts within the city will be at a phasing level. Priority shall be
given in areas where there are existing physical infrastructure 2.

These districts - being the core of the to be established Tourism Districts - boast of famous attractions
including but not limited to Intramuros, Quiapo, Luneta Park, Paco park, Binondo, Manila Ocean park,
National Museum, Fort Santiago, etc (Trip Advisor Philippines, n.d.).

Aside from the aforementioned top destinations in the Tourism district, certain places like Divisoria
Shopping Mall, University Belt, and old churches found in the Districts 1 and 4 are also famous
destinations not only for international but also local visitors.
