The Type And Design Of The
Vehicle When it been bought
Normal trailer : have 20ft and 40ft. Prime mover will be renewed for every

Schedule of vehicle
The delivery of goods have 2 shift which is morning and evening. The availability
of the vehicle in the morning is 100%. Many of the goods are delivered in the
morning compared to in the evening which is 20%
The schedule of the vehicle is not fixed.
The journey will start on 8.30 am. At 8.00 am the driver will ready to warm up the
vehicle following policy given.
They will check all about the condition of engines, diesel and others.
The log book will be given and it will be recorded as what they will be delivered.

Routes
The first zone is known as Zone 1. In this zone, the route is within 70km. It is within
Pasir Gudang. Usually, in this zone, the goods will be delivered five to six times per
day.
Next zone is known as Zone 2. Its route is in Johor area which is 100 km. In this
zone they will make delivery 3 times per day.
The last zone is Zone 3. The route is more than 120km which is outstation delivery.
For this zone the delivery only take place for 1 to 2 times of delivery per day

Load Factor
For normal trailer is 20 ft and 40 ft depends on the goods. It’s
around 60% of the load are used.
