My name is Rebekah Macias. I am inquiring about the

position of Staff Services Coordinator. The listing of this
position on the website Indeed immediately caught my
attention. I believe multiple aspects of this position make it
a wonderful fit. My B.A. in Organizational Leadership
supports the supervisory aspect of development and
training you are seeking. My minor in Family & Human
Development has familiarized me with the services that
are provided. From your description of the Coordinator
position, we share the same goal of running a successful
business office so that the services provided can be as
efficient and effective as possible. My six years of
experience on a Starbucks management team, including
the past two years in the position as Store Manager, I am
adept at leading others as well as developing others to
lead.

cannot help themselves or need extra guidance to do so.
Over the years of working in retail management the
abilities to manage time wisely, communicate effectively,
set goals and attain them through team efforts while
balancing multiple demands were well cultivated in me.

Leadership and my hands-on experience in Retail
