Universal Design for Learning (UDL): Quizlet is easy to use for all levels. Quizlet has a listen button for
students who are struggling to read big words. Quizlet also has a place to insert pictures to help with visual
learners and ESL students.

the SRT activity. Quizlet could be used as a review from the previous day at the beginning of class. Or used as
review at the end of each day’s lesson. You could incorporate quizlet into your classroom routine so students
know to get started on quizlet while they are waiting for class to start.

Why or why not? Quizlet is a good way to learn terms or definitions of words in which there is only one
correct answer.

Describe what will happen AFTER the SRT activity? After the students finish the quizlet activity they will be
able to easily see what they got wrong and what they should study more. The teacher will discuss with the
class the commonly missed questions and help the students fully understand each concept they were
struggling with.

How will the data be used? Data collected from this assessment will be used to determine how well students
understand the content. If students are struggling to differentiate the terms, next lesson can reiterate the
content of this lesson.

Describe your personal learning goal for this activity. The purpose of this lesson is to assess the students’
knowledge of previous content and help solidify past terms in order to help them prepare for test day.

Reflective Practice: I feel as if quizlet is a great tool because it is something the students can take advantage
of anywhere. It allows them to be independent and in control of their own learning. One way to extend this
lesson would be to have students create their own quizzes and quiz themselves and others in class.
