STRENGTH OF THE SCHOOL

The prime strength of the school is 503 of which 46 were in upper primary section (5 th to 7th), 96
students in high school (8th to 10th) and 361 students from higher secondary classes.

The school is eco – friendly school which give equal importance to students curricular and co – curricular
development. The teachers treat the students as their own children and try their most to bring up the
potential that every child possesses. The facilities provided in the school are appropriate enough for the
proper growth and development of the child. Students achieved the state level recognition for mime and
work experience. Students also win prize for state level relay.

WEAKNESS OF THE SCHOOL

The infrastructure can be considered as a weakness of the school. The buildings are not properly
maintained. Though they have sufficient plot (3 acres) they are not using properly. As the students are
coming from financially backward background has no finance to contribute PTA and thereby the fund
from PTA is very low and does not get financial support from authorities. The school bus facility available
for only high school students.

OPPORTUNITIES OF THE SCHOOL

The school provides a wide range of opportunity for the students to develop their skill in any field. They
are provided with classes for arts, music and sports. Teachers train the students to create many craft
works which can be used as a study material. The institution conducts much competition for arts and
sports to select the sufficient children and the selected children are being sent to district level
competition to prove their skills in a higher level.

SUGGESTIONS OF THE SCHOOL

 Teachers should teach their students to keep the classroom clean always so that they will learn
to be hygenic and will be protected from diseases.
 Classrooms should be electrified properly and should make sure the electric gadgets are in
working condition

The well trained and highly qualified teachers become assets of the school. Students friendly school

 Higher secondary students get enough time to conduct extracurricular activities.

CONCLUSION

GGHSS North Paravur is giving importance to both academic and extracurricular activities. The school
provides a wide range of opportunity for the students to develop their skillin any field. The buildings are
not properly maintained. Though they have sufficient plot (3 are not using properly)
