SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS—

I, GIAN CARLO M DELA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and a
resident of #005 Centro East, Santiago City, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint my father, GREGORIO L DELA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married
and resident of the same address to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for me, in
my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit—

1. To use my parcel of land, covered and embraced in Original Certificate of Title No.
(OCT) CSC-7741, located at #27 Quirino Avenue, Victory Norte, Santiago City, containing an
area of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT (138) square meters, more or less, for the
construction of one (1) storey residential building; and

2. To sign all papers necessary to accomplish the foregoing tasks as well as to do and
perform all acts and things necessary in order to accomplish the foregoing tasks.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform the foregoing tasks as if I was personally present and hereby
confirming and ratifying all that my attorney-in fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.
