Why the Ancients Might Have Been Right to

Predict a Disaster in December 2012

This article summarizes some of the lesser known reasons why a disaster, or series of destructive
events, might occur in 2012, and most likely in December.

It seems that certain ancient peoples, for whatever reason, knew a lot more about the heavens
than is common today, including areas that we have lost sight of, like the very centre of our Milky
Way Galaxy.

Unfortunately such use of the heavens to make predictions is today unaccepted by mainstream
powers, and research in this area receives no funding and little support, rather more ridicule and
criticism. Yet let it be clear that this attitude has nothing to do with whether the ancient methods
were scientific or not.

The Maya, or at least their priests, were not alone in their understanding of the influence of
certain constellations and particularly of the Milky Way on our planet Earth. We may now know little
of how they made their calculations but many stories in which the constellations played their role
remain.

The Galactic Centre was often included in astronomical myths telling of great disasters. This was
often through the reference to a scorpion. The appropriately disastrous sting of the scorpion was
used because it was the closest marker to the Galactic Centre. The Galactic Centre and Scorpio are
opposite the horns
orns of the bull Taurus and the club of Orion at what is called the Galactic Anti Centre.

Orion was killed in one version of his myth by a scorpion sting. In another, but maybe related story, it
was the youth Phaethon who set the world on fire after the horses of his fiery chariot veered on
seeing the glistening sting of the scorpion.

Orion was used as an important marker on the Great Year clock – his form being similar in fact to
an hourglass. Recently
cently we are discovering Orion symbols and alignments in many ancient artworks
and monuments like the pyramid

Similar predictions to the Mayan Prophecy, of which only scattered pieces remain, come also
from other parts of the world,, including that of the North American natives called the Cherokee. It is
interesting that for similar reasons to the Maya, including constellations on the Galactic axis, they too
pinpoint December 2012.

We must accept that much was known over a thousand years ago that we have forgotten today
and this is at least in part because
ecause we have shown our past,
past with its myths and astrological methods,
so little respect. However there
here seems to have been in recent times a reawakening of interest in
these things, though more surrounding Orion perhaps than surrounding the Galactic Centre.

Both authors have suggested a major

ma effect of the Galactic Centre on the Earth of a catastrophic
and possibly apocalyptic nature.

I personally discovered the Galactic Centre also through an earthquake. Soon

oon after the Tsunami of
December 2004 I began looking for a reason for two earthquakes occurring on the same
s dates in two
consecutive years; 26 December 2003 in Bam, Iran and 26 December 2004 in the Indian Ocean.

I found that the Sun was conjunct the Galactic Centre in both December earthquakes, and this has
been a repeating pattern in the last years. Since my initial discovery I can add we have experienced a
peak of historically significant December earthquakes since the year 2002. This alone should be
supportive evidence of a possible disaster, most likely involving earthquake, in December 2012.

However, further evidence that the Galactic Centre may be involved in a disaster in 2012 is
that shortly after the Indian Ocean Earthquake occurred a huge flash of light was observed in the
heavens that bounced off the ionosphere
onosphere of the Earth. Itt came from the direction of the Galactic
Centre in the constellation Sagittarius. I have written of this in my own book.

 LaViolette has written an article about the connection of this galactic tsunami with our
earthly one. Yet no one has I believe taken astrology seriously and added the Galactic Centre to
the astrological chart as a reason for a likely disaster in 2012.

Let us now fill out on why the Galactic Centre might cause a disaster then.

FIRST REASON: THE HOLY CROSS

In the recent past natural disasters have increased. This is connected to an alignment of the
Galactic Centre with the winter solstice while squaring the equinoxes. This alignment of the Milky
Way to the solstice equinox cross is an ancient understood clock mechanism for generally timing the
two worst catastrophes in a Great Year cycle. Catastrophes occur at two points in the Great Year,
once as the vernal equinox moves from Virgo to Leo and the Galactic Centre is conjunct the Summer
Solstice, and once as the constellation on the vernal equinox is moving from Pisces to Aquarius and
and the Galactic Centre is conjunct the Winter Solstice, as it is now.

 Together these two markers shown above are the markers of a Great Year cross, called a Holy
Cross when they align. Sometimes this galactic understanding of the two crosses is shown as an eight
spoked wheel, as below, where Quetzalcoatl is shown returning at the time of such an alignment
involving these two. Quetzalcoatl or Kukulkan are two names for one feathered serpent deity who is
thought to return in 2012.

Below you see the Holy Cross with the smaller clock of 12 signs divided by solstices and equinoxes
on the inner cycle with the winter solstice position aligned to the sting of the scorpion where the
Galactic Centre is placed.
 The last Holy Cross period began around 12,900 BP. It set off a period of transition on Earth
lasting about 1,300 years. It triggered the Younger Drays Ice age and may have ended about 11,600
BP with the sinking of Atlantis. Certainly we mark from this time the end of the Pleistocene Period
and the beginning of the Holocene.
That we are in such a period again is easy to recognize when reading the myths, and additionally
for those who need to see red, or a graph, here below we see a record showing an increase in
recorded natural disasters since 1900.

Global Natural Disasters 1900 to 2009 recorded by the Centre for Research on the Epidemology of
Disasters in which we see in the early half of the century perhaps less than ten per year and in the
last years often over 500. Comparing before 1990 and after 1990 the number of recorded disasters is
about double.

What is approaching now will again set off a chain reaction leading to the end of the Holocene
Period.
As the Holy Cross is further weighted with additional celestial bodies between 2010 and 2013, this
will likely trigger a significant event in this process. There is evidence that there were extremely
sudden changes half a Great Year ago and the same may be the case this time around too.

2010 has in fact already caused a large numbers of earthquakes because of planetary alignments
on this Holy Cross, and every additional transit of the Moon over the Galactic centre has brought so
far at least one newsworthy natural disaster each time, most often large and often deadly
earthquakes like the Haiti earthquake on January 12 2010i.
 SECOND REASON: THE CONJUNCTION OF PLUTO AND THE
GALACTIC CENTRE CLOSE TO THE WINTER SOLSTICE
Although the Holy Cross gives us a general event window, it is the transits of the outermost body
Pluto that can give us a second reason why the disastrous event should occur between 2001 and
2013. Pluto’s cycle takes just under 250 years. Since about 2001 Pluto is conjunct the Galactic
Centre, at a time when disasters of all kinds seem to have increased. This is largely connected to the
presence of this small heavenly body close to the Galactic Centre. Pluto is named after the mythical
God of the Underworld associated in astrology with transformation and endings, so he is certainly a
fitting partner for a possibly disastrous End Date.

In the last 2000 years I have observed that transits of Pluto to the Galactic Centre have set off the
most major destructive phases. These include a Dark Ages in the 6th century that was associated with
earthquakes, and with at least one volcanic eruption probably in 533 AD resulting in a darkening of
the Sun, plagues and famine. In the early 16th century the transit of Pluto over the Galactic centre
coincided with the landing of Cortez in Mesoamerica and a Dark Ages began for the natives there.

Since 2001 approximately, each time the Sun or Moon or others bodies pass over the Galactic
Centre and winter solstice2 they also pass over Pluto. This will continue until 2013 – even 2014 - for
the orb of influence of the Galactic Centre is very great.

THIRD REASON: THE

SQUARE OF URANUS TO
BOTH PLUTO AND THE
GALACTIC CENTRE
So let us tighten the screws down to
get the exact date. From 2008 to 2013
Uranus also squares both the Galactic
Centre and Pluto pretty continually,
adding a further reason why a disaster
might occur.

according to astrology the Galactic Centre is in 2010 3° from an exact conjunction with the Winter Solstice
as seen from Earth which is framed on the other side between 2010 and 2013 by Pluto.
 Uranus has recently been in a “T square” in fact to the Galactic centre and Pluto this
th aspect began
to build in 2008. In 2010 Jupiter joined Uranus.

ly gave many a scare as a volcano in
Iceland began to erupt on 20th March.

On 23rd there were storms in Australia and

so on. B this date is more given as a general
indication of the grand cross on the Holy Cross.

As the Sun began to oppose the Galactic

Centre with the Moon also in opposition on 12
June 2010 I had predicted the likelihood of an
earthquake, for the grand cross on the Holy
Cross seemed strong enough and it did indeed
cause a 7.5 magnitude earthquake in the Indian
Ocean.

The Moon in this position has produced a large

number of earthquakes in this area.

As the Sun was very directly

opposite Galactic Centre and Winter
Solstice on 20 June 2010 the largest
solar flare of the year occurred and mid
to end of June produced floods almost
everywhere as the Sun turned the T
square to a grand cross aligned with the
Milky Way river.

Hasas such a square occurred before?

Especially with Uranus in Aries as it
will be in 2012?
I checked back through thousands of
years to find something similar and
such an aspect involving Pluto and the
Galactic Centre near the solstice square
and Uranus in Pisces and Aries at the
spring equinox has not happened
before. Itt was not possible of course
before the Galactic Centre reached the
winter solstice. Thee last time Pluto met the Galactic Centre in the 1750s to early 60s the Galactic
Centre was at c. 23° Sagittarius. 3

The passage of the Galactic Centre can be marked along the ecliptic path of the sun and like the precession of the
constellations moving at 1° per 72 years or 1° 24’ per 100 years.
 Only now is the Galactic Centre close in enough to the earth sign Capricorn that begins at the time
of winter solstice that it can conjunct Pluto in that earth sign and square Uranus in the fire sign Aries
as it will do in 2012. As both the earth and fire signs are cardinal signs signifying a new beginning it
may be that earthquake and volcanic eruption will play a role in the creation of a new Earth around
this time.

Events occurring by the last transit of Pluto over the Galactic Centre in the 1750s to early 60s
were accompanied by a loose square from Uranus in Pisces and for the fist time for three months
also in Aries, and indeed this caused a peak of disasters: the Seven Year War at this time affected all
Europe and America as well and some say should be called the First World War.

There was a Sikh Holocaust and there was the shocking Lisbon Earthquake of 1755, the Great
Myanmar Earthquake and First Recorded Tsunami and a number of volcanic eruptions around 1761
as Uranus entered Aries as it did this year, which is why I also predicted that 2010 would be the Year
of the Volcano. Back then the eruptions caused a few years of mini ice age in many parts of the
Northern Hemisphere.
It is possible that both the Dark Ages of the 6th century and the mini ice age of the 18th as well as
a number of other disastrous periods associated with transits over the Galactic Centre were
associated with the eruption of a volcano in Indonesia, perhaps Krakatau.

THIRD REASON: THE GREATEST PEAK OF

DISASTERS OCCUR WHEN ALL OUTER
HEAVENLY BODIES ASPECT THE GC - AS IN
2012:
Disasters in history tend to create their greatest peak when all outer bodies – Uranus, Neptune
and Pluto - are all aspecting the Galactic Centre, as they do between 2010 and 2013 most exactly. So
this has narrowed the search down further for a most disastrous period.

This also made the 1810 – 1823 period one of the most tragic ones in history with the worst
volcanic eruption in recent times of Mount Tamboro occurred, as well as storms and famines,
shipwrecks and sicknesses that shortened many a life.

FOURTH REASON: BAD ASPECTS - THE BOW

The worst kind of bad aspect turned out to be not a square or
opposition, which are traditional bad aspects in astrology, but a quite new aspect I found in my
research into disasters. This new aspect is really lethal when pointed at the outer bodies and
especially at the Galactic Centre.

I named it a “bow”.
 The bow could be equipped with an arrow to be more effectual and this was the case on 26
December 2004,

Here the main bow and arrow was formed by the South Node of the Moon and the Midheaven
(MC) at the top of the chart on one side and Uranus in trine on the other side.

side and the Sun on the other, the Moon opposite them all is close to the Summer Solstice position
in the sign of Gemini, and the Moon that was almost Full, shot the arrow.

So it became clear on seeing many disasters

dis involving a bow, that a grand cross, even on the now
present Holy Cross is usually not enough alone to trigger a major disaster which tends to occur when
the planets apart also create a bow or bow and arrow.
 This was the case between the 2nd and 4th September 2010 as Mars and Venus made a bow to
Neptune and Chiron pointing at the GC and Pluto. Two earthquakes over 6 were recorded and the

one in New Zealand caused 1.8 billion in damages.

Back in 2004 to 2005 it was largely the bow between Neptune and Jupiter pointing at Sagittarius,
(even if it was not yet perfectly pointing at the GC)
GC that helped trigger all the storms and earthquakes
then.

Three disasters, one earthquake and two hurricanes,

hurricanes that occurred in 2005 and involved at least
one bow to the Galactic Centre

Hundreds of other disastrous dates,

dates like by the eruption
on of Krakatau back in 1883,
1883 have been
added to myy book and to a number of articles on Scribd.. Because this is all so new I am also learning
about what does and does not cause disaster at a very fast rate but it is clear that the bow is a major
factor and it is also present in 2012.
It almost seems like another deliberate warning
that the constellation Sagittarius so close to the
Galactic centre should hold a bow and be pointing
its arrow towards the Galactic Centre
entre.

In fact this bow principle will be in operation

between October 2011 through 2012 and 2013
 pointing first more at the
Galactic Centre and then
more at Pluto in Capricorn.

wonder about the image in
Revelation where we are
told :

And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow…”Revelation

 The “END TIME” aspects really begin in October 2011

In 2011 Saturn moves from a grand cross on the Holy Cross involving the Nodes of the Moon on
the galactic axis to create a bow aspect with Neptune in October. Suddenly all the pieces align with
each other to create a powerful Star of David of six bows and arrows.

The Nodes are perhaps a little less perfectly involved but otherwise five major bodies will be
involved in shooting bows and arrows at each other. Many major events have occurred when Jupiter
and Saturn oppose each other as they do here, and I have found a number of volcanic eruptions
occurring along the axis on which they are placed between Aries/Taurus and Libra/Scorpio. Certainly
I suspect that this will be a major month bringing earthquake and most likely volcanic eruptions.

If I am wrong you can be relieved that 2012 will probably also be fine.
I hope I am erring on the side of over dramatics when I interpret these aspects.

In 2012 the bows and arrows continue to be shot around and it is difficult to say which month is
worst.
But in November to December 2012 we certainly have a bow that looks like it could cause some
major earthquakes and maybe also some pretty cold and uncomfortable weather in some places.
Saturn will then be shooting with Neptune at his own earth sign where deadly Pluto, recently added
as an additional ruler of Scorpio and Saturn himself will be in that deadly sign.

Yet this is not the end of matters I suspect. I do not think the world will come to an end on 21
December 2012, but there could be some very deadly earthquakes.
 The astrological chart at this time given by Ambilac for the Return of Osiris, the Bull of Egypt,
creates a very nice symmetrical design with Jupiter above in the sign Gemini but in the
constellation Taurus the Bull, shooting arrows at both Saturn and at Pluto in Saturn’s sign. This
might trigger some kind of earth shaking event?

More worrying to me is something that happens in late November when Mars conjuncts Pluto in
the bow, suggesting volcanic eruptions.

I have noticed a number of volcanic awakenings and earthquakes occurring when Mars moves
over the Galactic Centre and Pluto as it does in November 2012.
 A swarm of earthquakes occurred at Yellowstone in late December 2008 as Mars Sun Pluto and
Lilith were in conjunction. Mars will move over this area again in November-December 2010 and
again in November 2012.

Another cause for concern when it comes to violent eruption or perhaps some warlike event is at
the end of the month of December when Mars is involved again in a bow forming additionally to
Uranus in Aries. It looks insignificant enough but I remember such bows in history and I would not
underestimate them.

 The Second World War ended as the Sun was conjunct Pluto in Leo, the sign of the Sun, and an
atomic bomb erupted over Hiroshima

A bow to Pluto for a destructive event occurred in August 1945 and occurs also in December
2012

Still one thing that makes me hopeful is that if “God” had wanted to create the worst disaster
ever in December 2012 he would have made sure that the South Node Ketu were also conjunct the
Galactic Centre, for this has most often been the case by worst ever disasters. It certainly was so by
the World Trade Centre disaster in 2001 and it was also so by the deadliest earthquake in Shaanxi.

Still we are not over the dangerous period if we survive 2012 and I suspect that 2013 and 2014
will have some more surprises, some of which I can see peeping out already behind their aspects like
this date in August 2013.
 If there is going to be a crustal displacement and massive tsunami such as was filmed by Roland
Emmerich, then the addition of Jupiter in Cancer opposite the Galactic Centre as shown above in
August 2013, might be the trigger.

In 543 AD a very similar chart was formed to the 2013 chart when an earthquake occurred on
September 6 that shook the whole worldii.
 The amazing numbers of similarities between 543 AD and 2013 are best summed up by noting
that both show a bow to Pluto in the same sign – the earth sign Capricorn- involving the same planets
Neptune and Saturn also in the same signs!

What is different is that at that time Saturn was in loose conjunction to the Galactic Centre, but
Pluto was not conjunct the Galactic Centre, nor was that a time when the Holy Cross was erected as
it is now.

I hate to leave things on this disastrous note but I am writing away at a second book about the
meaning behind it all “ATLANTIS–MERU RISING” and the promise of a Return to Good also given in
the many ancient prophecies I found.

On January 12 2010 the M7 earthquake in Haiti occurred with a line up of bodies in the earth sign Capricorn and the
Moon conjunct the Galactic Centre. In February there was a blizzard in the USA as the Moon passed over the Galactic
Centre, in March the Moon’s transit over the Galactic Centre was associated with another deadly earthquake in Turkey. On

Guatemala. In July there were three earthquakes over magnitude 7 in the Philippines as the Moon crossed the Galactic
Centre. The last transit of the Moon on 20 August brought again another large earthquake of M 6.4.

The date for this I found in the Internet but that it shook the whole world seems unmentioned. This
information came from my Encyclopaedia of Dates and Events and was also recorded in a German
Encyclopaedia.
