    Objective : Observing parts of flower from various flowers

    Device and Materials


    Various kinds of flower from seed plants
    Magnifier glass if required
    Figure of flower parts
    Writting device

    Procedure
    1. Find and collect various kinds of flowers from seed plants arround you
    2. Observe one by one their parts
    3. Gently remove the sepals from the outside of the flower. Look at the sepals
    on a flower bud, near the top of the stem. What is the function of the
    sepals?

    1. Based on the result of your observation, do all flowers have the same
    parts?
    2. Based on result of your observation, can you group that flowers into the
    groups of complete flower, incomplete flower, perfect flower, and imperfect
