INTRODUCTION

Information and communication technology (ICT) can complement, enrich and transform
education for the better. Nowadays every school has to have computers. Schools are judged on
how many computers they have especially those schools who offers specialization in Information
and communication technology. Teachers can teach them to know the value of computer like
Trouble shooting, Networking, Printing,assembly and disassemmbly this common factors that
can perform those students.

Technology plays a large role in many aspects of day to day life. Technology
is rapidly changing the way students learn and how instructors teach.

Computers have replaced chalkboards use in classrooms. And it is not just


happening in higher education; Technology is part of education for children of all
ages. It is also part of their daily lives. According to a research study by Common
Sense Media published in October 2011, Computer is use pervasive among
every young children, and also youth or student are usually use technology but
teachers are guiding or teaching them on how to use computer properly .

As technology continues to evolve, it brings with a new opportunities and


challenges for educators and students. Social networking is great example of
technology that can help or hinder education, depending on how it is used and
integrated into teaching plans.

However, using social networking as part of the learning process can also have
benefits. Students who are more introverted may open up and connect more with
faculty and other students when they are communicating through social
networking. It also affords students the opportunity to collaborate and work
together in a whole new way.

CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

In the current educational climate new promises of technology for education


teaching and learning are widespread. Such prospects can lead to policy
decisions about technology adoption being based on rhetoric or assumptions
about the effectiveness of technology. In addition the rapid advancement and
changing potential of technology further complicates the value of such
assumption. Such policy decisions have far reaching implications but we know
little about the actual impact of this on teaching and learning in higher education.
Understanding the impact of technology enhanced learning in higher education is
important if better informed decisions are to be taken about how and why
technologies can or should be adopted for teaching and learning. understanding
these aspects the process of technology implementation and adoption can take
on a form that is more likely to be successful for those that is aiming to support
namely the teachers and learners. Furthermore understanding impact informs us
about the value of technology for teachers and learners informs the design of
technology and suggests ways in which technology implementation can be
supported both from a technical point of view and for personal support. Since the
adoption of any given technology will be infuenced by how it disrupts existing
practices it is important to understand how technology changes teaching roles
and practices in order to ensure that we make wise use of technology.

Technology skill is there significant on study between academic performance of


Grade 11 ict students using innovative learning and teaching of teacher.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

HYPOTHESIS

Base on our theory, technology has a bad effect when it is abused but they have
significant such as helping them in their research, school activities and tasks. It
will also help them cope up in every lessons. because it's use to our curriculum at
Kasiglahan Village Senior High School.

THEORITICAL FRAMEWORK

witnessed a usage and research increase in the past decade. This article
presents the e-learning concepts ecosystem. It summarizes the various scopes
on e-learning studies. Here we propose an e-learning theoretical framework. This
theory framework is based upon three principal dimensions: users, technology,
and services related to e-learning. This article presents an in-depth literature
review on those dimensions. The article first presents the related concepts of
computer use in learning across time, revealing the emergence of new trends on
e-learning. The theoretical framework is a contribution for guiding e-learning
studies. The article classifies the stakeholder groups and their relationship with e-
learning systems. The framework shows a typology of e-learning systems'
services. This theoretical approach integrates learning strategies, technologies
and stakeholders.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY

The research mainly focused on influence of css innovative techniques to the


academic performance of Grade 11 ict students at Kasiglahan Village Senior
High School in the school year 2017-2018. This study covered on the academic
performance of the senior high school using innovative technique that many of
teacher are using technology and its very effective on the student. On this
generation discovered that the technology now is a part of study support by
teachers on how to use computer orderly

DILIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

this study covers Grade 11 ICT students of KVSHS. It only has 20 respondents
within each section. the study does not include students from other schools as
well as students form other stran and year.

SIGNIFICANCE OF STUDY

The influence of technology to the following stakeholder

Administrator of Kasiglahan Village Senior High School. The result that


influence of technology may provide with easy to discuss in students that could
guide them in choosing teaching techniques that will present an effective
learning. it is also essential for the school administration so that they can
understand students better.

Teachers. It may give an easier technique how to teach .students and enhance
their skills as well. It will provide the teachers and instructors broader ways in
teaching their students.
Students. It's easy to understand the lesson of css and empowerment
technology. they will patronize their chosen skills more since they now
understood the value and essence of technology.

The respondents of this study were the Grade 11 and 12 ict students of
Kasiglahan Village Senior High School

DEFINITION OF TERMS

Importance of css , this subject helps the student at senior high because its
advance learning about pc assembly and disassembly of computer and to know
how to use it orderly.
