Directions: Students will need to first watch the Flocabulary Bill of Rights with the
transcribe lyrics. After finish the introductive video, students need to answer the following
questions about the Flocabulary word choice and its relationship to the content of the Bill
of Rights.

Rights?

2. Looking at the Flocabulary description of the tenth amendment, does this lyric
match the meaning of the power of limitation of federal government, why or why
not?

3. Finally, explain the reason the Flocabulary Rappers combine the amendments 6, 7
& 8? (Hint: What is the relationship between these amendments?)

relationship to the legal use and legal histories. Therefore, the following questions will help
students understand how these amendments limit the powers of the federal and state
government.
1. Click on the first amendment, and then click on the Establishment Clause. Read the
description about the Establishment Clause; explain how the first amendment

Direction: Do I have Rights? is an interactive Bill of Rights game. Select your avatar and
play at least 10-15 minutes. Attempt to try to get through 3 days of game play. Make sure to
read the questions before starting the game as you will need them to complete this part of
the assignment.
1. Choose between one of the lawyers in the beginning of the game. Then explain your
reasoning on why you choose that lawyer based on their knowledge of the Bill of
Rights? Please provide textual evidence from the Bill of Rights for your answer.

2. Once you have completed game one day, look at your court case. pick one case and
explain how you use your knowledge of the Bill of Rights that you used to argue for
the case if you exceed succeeded please explain why? If your case was defeated
please explain why.

3. Final question, throughout your game play which amendment did you access to limit
the government more often? Do you think this amendment is applied as often in the
today’s law?
