The main idea for organizing this business is to help those student that don’t have
their own laptop, internet and printing to help them in completing their work.
One’Ding Sdn. Bhd is a company that provide on services laptop renting, internet
provider and printing service for students. We focus on providing high quality of our
laptop, high speed internet and printing. We believe that most people nowadays
need this service especially for students that don’t have money to buy their own
laptop to completing their work. We hope that by providing these services, they will
have sufficient time to complete their work or assignment.

Industry Profile

Laptop renting service is a business to help customers like student that don’t have
enough money to buy their own laptop according to survey that we had done.
Moreover, student can get our service anytime according to their own free time. Most
solicitation are from student or teenagers are requesting this service especially at
night because most other cyber café in this area close early and student that live in
hostel cannot get out after 8pm base on college rules. Additionally, specific requests
from them are also we take that as an advantages for us, they requesting to provide
high speed internet and printing services.

Location of the Business

One’Ding Sdn. Bhd. is located at Kolej Professional MARA Beranang, Lot 2333,
Jalan Kajang-Seremban 43700 Beranang, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The location is
strategic because it is at the centre of education area such as Kolej Profesional
MARA Beranang and MARA Japan Industrial Institute. This area also covers the
accommodation of a lot off campus students at Pangsapuri Baiduri.

Factors in Selecting the Proposed Venture

We have decided to establish the provider business due to the opportunity and
potential to make profits at areas that we delivered to students who are interested in
our laptop renting services. Besides that, there are several reasons attracted us to
this business and its location. Altogether, there are reasons why we decided to
establish One’Ding Sdn.Bhd.

We observed that the event location area is perfect for our services that is near in
college and for profitability are strategic because mostly student that don’t have
laptop, internet and printing will come to us.

Future Prospect of the Business

Once the business is financially stable, we plan to open other branches, expand our
business in other state areas, and have our own business place. Besides that, we
would also like to improve and upgrade the quality of services and workers in the
company. To provide better quality services, we will upgrade our internet services
and more additional services as repairing laptop, provide software including antivirus
and accessories.

manager, financial manager, operation manager and marketing manager agreed to
become partners and set up the business according to the Partnership Agreement

10. Method of dissolving partnership clause:

The dissolving of the partnership is only valid when all of the partners agree with the
dissolving matter.

11. Changes in the business clause:

Any changes in the partnership need to disclose to all the partners and get the
approval before applying the changes.

12. Expulsion of member clause:

The expulsion of any members to be agreed by all partners. If there is one partner
disagree, the expulsion is void.

13. Restrictions on competing clause:

All the partners compete with each other or compete with the partnership itself. If
there is any competing occurs, the partners would be liable and can be sued by the
partnership.

After read the terms stated in the Partnership Agreement above, we promised to fulfil
and act in bona fide. If we fail to fulfil all the terms, we will have to obey all the legal

Logo And Description

The logo is easily bases on the service that we offer which is laptop/computer
service rental. It is a clean and effective design that is formed entirely by various
thickness of lines. The lines are in solid black - connoting confidence and elegance.
The name of our company that appears on the screen laptop summarise our role.
The lettering is in brilliant red – giving a sense of our confidence in giving the best
service. We are straight forward in choosing logo. Only the best laptop that made
into our final choice for rental. Hence, this summarizes our role in service provider.
Administration Plan
As our office, we would like to use our own house as the office. The address
was I-2-16, Pangasapuri Baiduri, Persiaran Tasik Kesuma, Beranang. The place is
convenient for us as our target customer is majorly student as this place is near Kolej
Professional Mara Beranang and MARA-Japan Industrial Institute. We also targeting
the low rate income society as they may need to use a laptop for their work at
reasonable price.

The rent rate for the house is RM 400 a month, which is affordable for us as it
is also a place for us to sleep in. Basic facilities such as water and electric are
available, which is both are very important for us to keep our business running.

Other facilities that are available in this area are police station, fire station,
clinic, and ATM. The road connecting to this place is called Jalan Kajang-Seremban.
The neighbourhood of this place are easily reachable and friendly.

The road of the neighbourhood also provide easy access and it allow us to
make delivery faster and efficiently. The package for student is also available, hence,
increasing the rate of successful deal with the student. We also make a membership
card for all of our customer so they will make us their number one choice.

Summary of Partnership

Partnership is one of the business form of organization. Partnership is a

business conducted by 2-20 people through a mutual agreement or writing
agreement between partners. One’Ding Sdn. Bhd. is a partnership form of business
which is conducted by 5 people through an agreement between Farhan, Ridhwan,
Zikri, Faris and Che Asmat.

Summary of Administration

In order to achieve the business objective, administration plan plays an

important role in managing a good business which includes the details of
administration structure, organizational chart, table of job description and job
specification, list of office equipment, the details of suppliers, and the business
budget. We can indicate the strength and weakness of the organization from the
administration plan. In our company, Faris is the person in charge and are
responsible in managing the administration plan.

Summary of Marketing

Marketing plan also plays a very important role in the growth of the business.
How well the organization survive and strive the market are depend with how good
the marketing are. In our company, we use the basic 4P’s marketing strategy which
is our special Promotion, pricing, place and the production. We also do a detail of
SWOT analysis within our company and also the comparison between our
competitors to take the advantage from the SWOT analysis for the making of a very
good marketing plan. These marketing plan and strategy is led by our Marketing
Manager, Muhammad Zikri.

Summary of Operational

In any business, operational plan relates to operational activities that need to

be implemented to make business running. It consist of our business activities such
as flow chart, operational layout, duties and schedules, remuneration schedules,
scheme and benefit, list of suppliers, material requirement and machine including
equipment. The job clearly states how the business is done, what are the products or
services that we offer and provide. The person who in charge in managing the
operational of One’Ding Sdn Bhd is Farhan Syafiq.
