SPOUSES SERGIA SERVIDA AND ANICETO CALISO

AND UNDERTAKING

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT AND UNDERTAKING made and entered

into by and among:

SPOUSES SERGIA SERVIDA and ANICETO CALISO; NANCY C. HELLSTROM

Swedish and of legal age, with residence and postal address at Vattholmavagen 6B 754 23-Uppsala
Sweden; EUGENE R. CALISO Filipino, with residence and postal address at #654 Pasay Blvd. St.
M. Dela Cruz, Pasay City; EMMANUEL M. CALISO; DIOSDADO M. CALISO JR.; MARY
ANNE M. CALISO; and MARY GRACE M. CALISO all Filipinos and of legal age and with
residence and postal address at 7054 Wilson St. Makati City, herein referred to as “Parties”

WITNESSETH:

That Spouses SERGIA SERVIDA and ANICETO CALISO (deceased), intestate owned a
parcel of land (the “Property”), situated at Imus City, Cavite City containing an area of TWO
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY THREE (2,823) SQUARE METERS more or less;
declared under Tax Declaration No. 239-0013-54127.

That Spouses SERGIA SERVIDA and ANICETO CALISO (deceased), have children
namely: NANCY C. HELLSTROM (absentee) married to MAGNUS HELLSTROM both
residing at Vattholmavagen 6B 754 23-Uppsala Sweden; ALBINO M. CALISO (deceased)
married to TERESITA R. CALISO resides at 654 Pasay Blvd. St. M. Dela Cruz, Pasay City;
DIOSDADO S. CALISO (deceased) married to CRISELDA M. CALISO who resides at 7054
Wilson St. Makati City;

That ALBINO M. CALISO (deceased) is survived by wife TERESITA R. CALISO, and

children EUGENE R. CALISO and DEXTER R. CALISO;

That DIOSDADO S. CALISO (deceased) married to CRISELDA M. CALISO, and

children EMMANUEL M. CALISO, DIOSDADO M. CALISO JR., MARRY ANNE M.
CALISO and MARY GRACE M. CALISO;

That no other properties involved in this extra judicial settlement;

That to the best knowledge and information of the Parties hereto, the Spouses SERGIA
SERVIDA and ANICETO CALISO (deceased) incurred no debts.

UNDERTAKING

That we hereby undertake that above mentioned absentee here as well
