Instructions
* This is just a reservation and the person(s) holding it are not entitled to travel, unless the reservation is purchased.
* In case of any difference between Hijri & Gregorian dates, the Gregorian dates shall be considered.
* This reservation should be purchased before the reservation timeout, and Saudi Railways will not be responsible for
any reservations cancelled after the reservation timeout.
* Passengers are advised to verify their reservation details, before purchasing tickets.
* Once passengers receive a ticket, they must check if the ticket data is indicated correctly. Any claims regarding
incorrect data on a ticket shall be accepted on the same day of ticket purchase. No later claims will be considered
* Passengers can update or cancel reservation from any station or by calling our helpline IVR service before
reservation timeout.
* As may be necessary, SRO shall be entitled to change the seat of the passenger, which is indicated on the
reservation or ticket, without any prior notice thereof.
* Where a discount is applied for certain age groups (children, infants, students) going on a trip (round trip), such
discounts shall be applied with reference to the age of passengers during the first trip.
* Once a ticket with discount is purchased, when travelling passengers must possess document confirming such
discount.
* Children under 10 years or infants are not allowed to travel without accompanying adults.
* Passengers shall be entitled to carry one luggage item in the new trains free of charge, the total of size of which is
(67x42x30) cm.
* Passengers are not allowed to carry animals, as well as items and substances dangerous to human life and health or
bearing any possible harm to the luggage of other passengers
* Passengers holding any weapon should hand it over to the security personnel.
* Should the journey be suspended due to any fault, passengers shall be returned the full ticket price.
* Passengers must keep their ticket until the end of the trip and produce it to any services ensuring ticket control.
* SRO shall bear no responsibility in case of delay due to bad weather conditions or any other reasons.
