1- Purpose:
1.1 It is established to provide a proper system for maintaining clean supply of air blow in
different manufacturing areas.

2- Scope:
2.1 It is applicable in different manufacturing areas of production department.

4- Procedure:
 Before operating the HVAC. check the power supply and bag filter.
 Check the HEPA filter, replace it if chocked.
 Check the bag filter, replace it if chocked.
 Clean the pre filter if necessary.
 To maintain the temperature 7 to 10 c start chiller one hour before the operation
 Check the static pressure, it should be positive.
 Then push the switch on and open the valve of AHU.
