REF; NOTICE OF VALIDATION OF ALLEGED DEBT – see attached. Request were made
various times without a response from the servicer and Aztec .

1. All closing documents with the borrower conformed with Federal and State law as to disclosures, Good Faith Estimate and
appraisals.
