Statement to Four Corners from National Australia Bank

On 6 February 2018, Mr Martin Dixon served court proceedings on NAB in relation to


financial advice he received about his superannuation in 2006 from a NAB financial adviser
(now deceased). As the matter is now the subject of legal proceedings, and in line with our
privacy obligations, we are not in a position to comment on the specifics of the case.

We take any allegations or complaints regarding inappropriate advice seriously, and we work
with customers to investigate and resolve any issues fairly. We encourage any customers who
