Athletics Recruitment
Program

MISSION AND OBJECTIVES:

 To find potential athletes raging from 12-15 years old


 To enhance cardiorespiratory function with the help of track workouts
 Enhance muscle-strength
 To develop future champion athletes
 To employ and practice self-discipline using sports

MARKETING OPPORTUNITY ANALYSIS


We found out that there are potential athletes who only lacks training and equipment. Also,
these children doesn’t know the proper discipline and doesn’t have appropriate area to train.

MARKET STRATEGY:
A. TARGET RECRUITS
 12-15 years old either male or female.
 Should be enrolled,has a passing grade and attending classes.
 Willing to be involved in any physical activities including training.
B. PROMOTION STRATEGY
 Tarpauline to be placed in every schools in each municipality in Leyte mainly at the
schools
 Posters and advertisement in local TV networks and radio stations.
 THEME “Sports and Education in Harmony, Teaching and learning in Unity, To Develop a
better society”

NOTE: Tarpaulines and fliers should include the following:

 These event will be starting on April 1-16, 2018


 Consents will be given at respective schools to be signed by the parents/guardians and to be
brought on April 1, 2018

Bring the following requirements:

 NSO (original copy)


 Form 137 or 138
 Clothes specially sports attire for 2 weeks of stay and utensils. Toiletries will be provided upon
arrival.
IMPLEMENTATION
& TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1
7:00 AM- 12:00 PM : Arrival,registration and assigning of quarters

12:00 PM- 12:50 PM : Lunch

1:00 PM- 3:00 PM : Getting physical profile

3:00 PM- 4:00 PM : Orientation

4:00 PM- 5:00 PM : Interview

5:00 PM- 6:00 PM : Dinner

6:00 PM- 8:00 PM : Acquaintance party

8:00 PM : Lights Out

DAILY ROUTINE
4:00 AM - 4:30 AM : Wake up call and light meal

5:00 AM - 7:00 AM : Training

7:30 AM - 8:30 AM : Breakfast

8:30 AM - 11:00 AM : Leisure time with 2 hours rest

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM : Lunch

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM : Seminar and Lecture

2:00 PM – 3:30 PM : Leisure time

3:30 PM – 4:00 PM : Preperation for training

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM : Training

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM : Dinner

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM : Leisure time

8:00 PM : Lights out


TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 2

AM

Warm Up: 5 laps + streaching and drills

Work Out : 50m sprint 8 times (full recovery every run and re-hydrate)

Cooldown: 3 laps light jog + Sit up’s ( Male- 50 minimum max-100 Female- 30 minimun max 70)

Push up’s ( Male- 30 minimum max-40) (Female minimum-20 max 30) + streaching

PM

WARM Up : Dynamic warm up + Streaching

Work Out : Drills execution four repitations per drill

Cooldown : 3 laps light jog + Sit up’s ( Male- 50 minimum max-100 Female- 30 minimun max 70)

Push up’s ( Male- 30 minimum max-40) (Female minimum-20 max 30) + streaching

DAY 3

AM

Warm Up : 5 laps + streaching and drills

Work Out : Weights training (only the weights that the children can lift using only 70% and not max)

Cooldown: 3 laps light jog + 50m 10 reps (20m quick pace then roll 30m then walk 100m) + Sit up’s
( Male- 50 minimum max-100 Female- 30 minimun max 70) Push up’s ( Male- 30 minimum max-40)
(Female minimum-20 max 30) + Streaching

PM

Warm Up : Dynamic warm up + Full streaching

Work Out : Core training 30 seconds per position 2 sets (9 positions per 1 set) RECOVERY: Relac
re-hydrate and streach

Cooldown: Flexibility streaching + Sit up’s ( Male- 50 minimum max-100 Female- 30 minimun max
70) Push up’s ( Male- 30 minimum max-40) (Female minimum-20 max 30)
