So I’m sure that I’m the last person you would expect a message from, but I think we may
have something in common (other than the fact that we were both married to Eddie). I
heard a rumor that Paul and Stacey Skovranko also accused Jimmy of molesting Hannah, is
this why you and Stacey are no longer friends? First they accuse you of witnessing the
allegations against Eddie and when they couldn’t be proven, now they go after your
brother? What is wrong with that family? Was the wrongful conviction of Eddie not
enough? Did they want more money than they received when he was convicted? I don’t
expect to get a reply from you but if this family is using their child to fund their lifestyle by
making false accusations against anyone who comes into contact with them, they deserve
to go to prison.

bottom line is, she lied. And they have no remorse for anything. That's what bothers me.
Like they just don't care. I don't understand why they would lie in the first place. Hannah
never said it was Eddie, Stacey did. Then Paul lied about going to the hospital to have
Hannah checked out. I have the records from the hospital. They were never there. So why
lie about it? What are they hiding? Did they do it for money? Cause they got paid through
the VWAP program. Its jsut a mess

It sucks either way. You know he's been gone for 10 years. We are hoping he gets out next
year so he can start to spend time with the kids. They are going to be 12 & 11 in January
and they don't even know him. That's what sucks about the whole thing. They have
suffered. No matter how angry I am, Eddie and the kids didn't deserve this.

Especially Eddie. He has suffered worst of all by this whole thing. This is something I
wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. It horrible, but i'm moving on. I'm not even angry
anymore but Eddie deserves justice.

are a victim to the lies too. I have the video recordings of Hannah telling NCIS in June 2004
(before they interviewed you at your home) where she told them you saw everything he
did to her and that you told him to leave the house.

they questioned you on the stand about it

Mom was watching hannah.eddie worked that day. He got home about 20 minutes before I
did. Hannah was on the sofa with Mom Eddie was in the bedroom playing stupid video

If you look on Page 2, where it starts Around Oct 02, you'll see her talk about how Eddie
babysat for Hannah. Funny thing is, Eddie didn't live at the home during that time.
You know, Randi's statement contradicts all of them. She told NCIS that Stacey told Hannah
it was Eddie because Hannah would say who supposedly touched her.

They didn't use Randi in court.

I know. But from what Eddie's attorney told us he expected them to since Randi was the
first person Hannah told that someone touched her. I was surprised the prosecution didn't
have Randi on the stand.

That's because Randi said she it was so long ago. And she wouldn't lie or have anyone try

Understandable. Stacey twisted everything anyway. But Randi's testimony would have
killed the prosecutions case. Randi told NCIS , not only that she didn't believe that Eddie did
anything but that Hannah was told by stacey to say it was "Mr. Eddie" that touched her.

Like I said, its shitty all the way around. No matter what, Eddie is innocent. I don't believe
he did any of these things, you don't believe it either and I know several more people who
don't believe it.
If you don't mind my asking, and you don't have to answer, but what did you ask stacey
that pissed her off? I remember you yelling at her outside the courthouse but don't know
what it was about becuase Liz and I were too far away.

would want to know.

But at least you can read what she said. What you can't read, but can hear on the video is
she complains about having to use the bathroom and then they leave the room. You can
hear Stacey telling Hannah what to say while in the bathroom. It all on camera.
Also when Hannah starts to say that she was told to say the things she is saying, they
redirect her.

I had babies when he was locked up. I hadn't working in several years, kids to take care of
and no income at all. It was damn hard. Now we have pre-teens who don't know their dad.
They don't bview him as an authority figure because he hasn't been here. He has a hard
time itneracting with them becuase he doesn't know them
