The crazy wheel is a wheel that is used to reduce the speed of rotation by utilizing the inertia

of momentum. Due to the nature of its inertia this flywheel can mechanical energy for a short
time.

The crazy wheel is used to make the torque generated by the motor more stable.

Description

Fly wheel or commonly called the flywheel serves to store the inertia generated by the engine
at the step of the business, so that the crank shaft (crank shaft) can continue to spin
continuously in other steps. This results in a gentle spinning machine generated by the
resulting vibration.

Common uses of flywheel include:

 Provides continuous energy when energy sources are cut off. For example, a flywheel
is used in a piston engine (piston engine / reciprocating engine), because the energy
source is torque from the engine, intermittent (not constant).
 Provides energy at a level beyond the capacity of a continuous energy source.
 Control the orientation of a mechanical system. In the application, the angular
momentum of the flywheel is deliberately transferred to the load when energy is
transferred to or from the flywheel.

Flywheels are usually made of steel and spin on conventional bearings, and these are
generally limited to a revolution rate of less than 1000 RPM. Some modern flywheels are
made of carbon fiber material and use magnetic pads, allowing the flywheel to spin at speeds
up to 60,000 RPM.

Flywheel is often used to provide continuous energy in systems where energy sources are not
continuous. In such cases, the flywheel stores energy when the torque is applied by the
energy source, and releases the stored energy when the energy source does not apply torque
to it.

The crazy wheels are fixed firmly on the end of the crankshaft so it is not easy to move from
the cradle. This is to ensure that the flywheel, engine, and ignition code remain in the correct
position. In addition, right in the middle of the flywheel there is a small hole. This bullet
bearing holds the front end of the clutch shaft. The fly wheel function is to store the inertia
generated in the effort step, so that the crank shaft continues to rotate continuously in the
other step. The successor wheel is made of high quality cast steel which is fastened by a bolt
on the rear of the crankshaft on a vehicle using a manual transmission.

The flywheel magnet ignition system is the simplest ignition system in generating sparks in
the spark plug and has been well known for its use in ignition of small motors prior to the
emergence of electronic ignition. This ignition system has the advantage of not being
dependent on the battery to start the machine because the source of the direct voltage comes
from the source coil (source coil / filler) itself
