Sir,
as a constitutionalist I am not particularly interested in the political colour of any party rather
pursues what I consider to be appropriate within the relevant constitution.
For example, I was critical upon Ukraine having a Russian foreign base at Crimea when this was
not permitted by its constitution.
One cannot accept violations of a constitution merely because it may suit one selves and other times
pursues the true meaning and application of the constitution. One has to accept the true version of
the constitution and it is to the electors to amend the constitution to provide for expansion or
otherwise of powers. Likewise I view the same with any treaty entered into within constitutional
powers.

The entire Iraq murders (unconstitutional) regarding the Commonwealth of Australia (As I in my
successful appeals unchallenged placed before the court on 19-7-2006) about the Aluminum tubes
and the WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) appears to be now repeated. This because those
who acted then unlawfully (and many still in Parliaments/governments) never were held legally
accountable and for this they seem to have no regard to the lives lost by innocent people as well as
others harmed not to ignore our service men and women.
If one were to accept the British version such as that some MILITARY GRADE NERVE GAS was
used, as I understand is their claim, then surely just putting a fencing around a building isn’t going
to stop this possible contaminated building no longer to be of any danger. Gas is not restricted by
some fencing as it simply would spread through fence openings, etc.

Having persons walking past I view indicates that the alleged nerve gas simply didn’t exist there.
The nonsense of Military GRADE NERVE GAS is demonstrated where we got 2 persons in
protective suits and 2 persons with gasmask and a total of 4 police officers standing there without
any facial protection. As highlighted below with circles.

This type of scenery I view never can be deemed to indicate one is dealing with any kind of
MILITARY GRADE NEVER GAS or other potential hazardous gas.
Those who were watching the Strike Back program may just rely upon this!

I understand that Julie Bishop Minister for Foreign Affairs was also one pursuing the WMD claims
against Iraq. Well horrendous harm was caused to both civilians as well as to service men and
women and for this I wouldn’t give her any credibility of whatever she claims.
Politically the current Prime Minister is so to say in deep water having lost so far 29 polls and so
pretending to care might perhaps, well in his view, increase his popularity but as I understand it
many Australians would like to throw them (including Julie Bishop and the leader of the opposition
Mr Bill Shorten) out of the parliament as they do not support their warmongering whatsoever.
Obviously the Russian Federation is entitled to act as it deems appropriate in the circumstances but
any tit for tat isn’t going to resolve matters. I view it be better is hot heads in politics learn to
control their absurd conduct and the Russian Federation show management and competence how to
deal with them to the advance of all citizens of countries involved.
Do not react to what your opponent expect you to do, but choose your time and method well!
I will forward a copy of this correspondence to President Donald Trump for his consideration also.
