Survey and Fixing of pile location

The location of the pile will be fixed on the ground by using GPS and it will be
counter checked by using total station and temporary bench mark.

Installation of liner and driving of pile

The hydraulic piling rig is adjusted to the piling axis with the help of GPS total
station. Pegs are placed at a fixed distance from the centre around the axis
and the distance is noted. The liner is aligned with the centre of the axis with
the help of the fixed peg distance. The pre fabricated liner is sunken into the
land.

Installation of Re-bar cage

The rebar cage will be fabricated and made in the reinforcement yard as per
the drawing and design. The prefabricated re-bar cage is shifted to the pile
site. The re-bars cage segments are joined with the help of bar couplers. The
bar coupled cages are lowered into the bored pile with the help of cranes up

to the bottom level. After completion of rebar work it will be inspected and
approval of pour card will be obtained.

Concreting of Pile
After obtaining pour card, the tremie pipe is installed for pile concreting.
Flushing of the pile is done. The concrete is transported to the pile site on

Transit mixers from the Batching plants. Pouring of concrete is done till the
pile is complete.

1.5. QUALITY / INSPECTION:-

Quality of the concrete mix will be checked as per the IS Codes ……

1.6. SAFETY: -
After the drilling is done the pile should be covered till the concreting starts.
