After completion of Pile cap, a platform will be formed over the Pile cap so
that it would act as working platform for carrying out construction activities
of Pier.

Staging for supporting

The staging will be provided so as to support the Formwork for Pier and to
carry the Reinforcement work.

Shutter fixing
After completion of staging, formwork for Pier will be shifted to site and
Fixed as per drawing.

Reinforcement work
The reinforcement cage already prepared in the Reinforcement yard as
per the Methodology for preparation of Reinforcement cage will be shifted
to site and positioned to the Pier location .

Completion of side shutter and supporting work

After completion of Reinforcement work, the remaining side shuttering and
supporting work is completed. Final inspection work will be done with the
help of survey and then the approval of concrete pour will be taken.

4. Reinforcement

1.5. QUALITY / INSPECTION:-

During Concreting of Pier following inspections should be done.

1. Checking of supports
2. Slump as per mix design

3. Casting of concrete cubes as per requirement

4. Proper vibration of the mix

CONCRETING

After approval of concrete Pour, floating Batching plant along with concrete pump will
be mobilized at site and then pouring of concrete can be Started.
