Qualification: BE/ BTech/ Diploma/ Certification
Essential Background: Mechanical / Robotics / Mechatronics

Work Experience: 2 - 4 years

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Should have prior work experience.
2. Should have knowledge of the CAD software and ability to draw in 3 Dimensions,
work on surfaces, solid modeling, surface modeling, sheet metal drawing, plastic
components drawing.
3. Should have knowledge and proficiency in using Solidworks software.
4. Understanding of the machine elements.
5. Should have industrial designing skills.
6. Should be able to use precision measuring tools.
7. Should have complete knowledge of annotations, drawing views and other allied
tools used to produce an engineering drawing.
8. Should be able to read and understand material datasheet, choosing the right
material for the required application.
9. Should understand the behavior of the metal and choose the suitable metal with
thickness depending on the application.
10. Should be able to understand heat transfer, read and understand the behavior of
different material under the subjected temperature.
11. Should have complete understanding of ISO tolerance standards relative to
different manufacturing processes and applications.
12. Should have reverse engineering skills.
13. Should have knowledge of additive manufacturing.
14. Should have design knowledge of plastics and understanding of its behavior.
15. Should have strong mathematical and logical reasoning skills.
16. Should have knowledge of various manufacturing processes and should be able to
produce component drawings for processes like metal casting, CNC and VMC machining,
laser cutters, waterjet and other allied applications.
17. Should have good analytical skills.
18. Should be cooperative with the team members and management.
19. Good knowledge and experience in designing.
20. Should be good in concept design.
21. Participating in design and drawing reviews, prototype builds.
22. Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
23. Should be able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines.
24. Work closely with team members and management.
25. Ability to come up with new and innovative ideas.
26. Ability to deliver within the timelines.
27. Should have excellent computer skills.
