Resumen
Abstrac
In the last 30 years, the development of technology and the scientific level, has
brought with it in the Emergency Units and Intensive Care Units (ICU), patients
admitted with great possibilities of survival, but has been left aside psychological
aspect of both the relatives and the patients themselves, this article aims to
review the proposal to humanize intensive care through the HU-CI Project:
Humanizing Intensive Care, within the framework of the Social Security
Humanization Policy - EsSalud, concluding that the process of humanization of
intensive care in ICUs is underway, there is the initiative by several scientific
societies, it seeks excellence, from a multidimensional and multidisciplinary point
of view, not only seeing the patient as an object of study but as a human being
who, bringing greater tenderness, closeness to his and listening, is in n our hands
can be part of this change and well of all our patients of these units.
pacientes, profesionales y familiares. Existen guías publicadas (Evidence Based
2016).
