    Its difficult in our todays society to seriously obtain redress from complaints of judicial corruption in our courts, the problem is so Hugh and pervasive, it is equal to street crimes , currently there are no checks and balances, there is no one organization the people can turn to for help, certainly not the Judiciary commission, there seem to be no institution or oversight board who accept complaints of judicial corruption. Team Voters of Miami is a community based organization , created to up lift and support better Government and bridge the gap between police community relations. a think tank of positive resolutions and constructive dialog with government officials. it now appear crimes and violation of law doesn't start or end in the streets of Miami-Dade County Florida but are hidden in our professional community, and our legal community, as well. do judges accept bribes you best believe they do, catching them red handed is the job our the FBI. But seemingly white collar crimes are given less priority than car jacking, or snatch and grab petty theft crimes, these crimes keep out jails pack to capacity, which makes the county cash. but judicial crimes are not on the authorities radar these days, so if a judge wanted to moonlight on the bench and collect some cash for violating Florida Law, like in the case Stuart R Kalb v Darrell K Wilson Sr, who would dare investigate the unscrupulous dealings of a JUDGE, and worst, a Miami-Dade County circuit court the county, if a Judge. but if a citizen run a red light, instant justice in favor the county, if a citizen grass over grows, instant ticket in favor of the county, if a citizen building needs repairs, Bam...ticket in favor of the county, if a citizen accidently violate the Law, and is a first time offender the state seeks maximum jail time, in favor of the state, the point here is everyone in society is held to the rule of the Law, except officials sworn by oath to up hold the law. Judge Michael A Hanzman violated his oath of office Oct 24 2016 and allegedly accepted a bribe from millionaire Stuart R Kalb for work without permits and being a unlicensed contractor, charging the victim $ 275.000 for his unlicensed work, because the victim were Afro-Americans Judge Micheal A Hanzman went against Florida supreme court ruling on unlicensed contractors and gave Stuart R Kalb standings as a unlicensed contractor, then told the victim ' Let the third decide if the Judgement from the unlicensed contractor is void, I've made my ruling Mr. Wilson.. we circulate petition seeking the removal of Michael A Hanzaman from our Judiciary

    So Miami-Dade County Judge Michael A Hanzman Conducted his court proceedings, Oct 24th 2016 in the
    confederacy demagoguery and violated his sworn Oath of office for alleged bribe Money and allowed
    Stuart R Kalb “a rich Millionaire” to violate his Contract with Mr. Keith Wilson Sr., despite the fact Mr.
    Wilson’s Breach of Contract Lawsuit was timely filed and pursuant to F.R.Civ. P 1.110 the Complaint
    established legal causes of Actions, despites these fundamental facts, including the court room
    testimony of record where Judge Hanzman stated the facts shows Mr. Kalb Breached his Contract.,
    Judge Hanzman Dismiss Mr. Wilson Breach of Contract case against Mr. Kalb with prejudice, and when
    Mr. Wilson attempted to argue the court error, Judge Hanzman abruptly stated to Mr. Wilson ‘ I have
    Ruled, Every Body have a Nice Day”. Judge Michael A Hanzman actions were equal to a terrorist act
    against Florida Judiciary, and Florida State Law. a Judge cannot violate Florida Law, for money, A judge
    cannot accept bribes and dismiss Pro se Litigants cases because he or she thinks no one paying
    attention. Judge Michael A Hanzman currently sits in Judgment in Miami-Dade County Criminal court
    Division, once a Judge loose respect and honor and desecrates his or her oath of office, their Judicial
    Career is over, and criminal charges must be filed by Florida Attorney General office. Mr. Hanzman
    actions Oct 24th 2016 was none Judicial but rather a personal benefit for himself, in the American
    Investment Services v . CREDO LLC and Keith Wilson Sr., Case # _______________ the evidence show
    Michael A Hanzman breached his oath of Judgeship for personal gain. Florida Attorney General Office,

    reportedly took Money from Stuart R Kalb through Roniel R Rodriguez IV [an alleged Attorney, Roniel R
    Rodriguez IV May 5th 2013 altered Miami-Dade County Judge Victoria Del Pino Court order for his
    personal benifit] to unlawfully dismiss with prejudice Mr. Keith Wilson Valid Million Dollar Breach of
    Contract complaint against Stuart R Kalb, and because of the amount of money involved Judge Michael
    A Hanzman granted Stuart R Kalb and Roniel R Rodriguez IV , [an alleged Attorney] standings in a
    unlicensed contractor Default Judgment. Under Florida Law and Statute 489.127 / 489.128 Unlicensed
    contractors have no standings in Florida Court, Judge Hanzman response to Florida Supreme court
    Ruling on Stuart R Kalb Unlicensed Contractor Judgment , quote: ”Let the Third district court of Appeal
    Decide if The Shammah Judgment is Void as to unlicensed contracting, Mr. Wilson” WHAT Judge

    contractor is void Despite Florida statute 489.127 and 489.128 and despite Judge Hanzman knowledge
    Stuart R Kalb Shammah Judgment was void in 2004 when Shammah obtain a breach of contract Default
    Judgment from the court against Keith Wilson for the $ 275.000 unpermitted repairs and
    improvements Shammah perform on Mr. Wilson three story Building that because of the bribe Money
    Judge Hanzman choose to abort his sworn oath of office and despite the solid rule and Law on
    Unlicensed contractors in Florida Michel A Hanzman disgraced the Judiciary and committed a criminal
    act, in favor of Stuart R Kalb and Roniel R Rodriguez Iv Unlicensed contractors Judgment .

    Its time our state and federal leaders take a stance against run away Corrupt 11th circuit court Judges

    The facts and evidence in this disgraceful case shows Judge Michael A Hanzman should be removed
    from office, because no matter what Mr. Hanzman mindset or rational was on Oct 24th 2016
    Unlicensed contractors in the state of Florida have no standings, and because Judge Hanzman knew
    his court lack subject matter Jurisdiction Granting CREDO LLC [ which is owed by Stuart R Kalb and
    Roniel R Rodriguez IV] Quiet title status to Mr. Wilson Homestead mix use property, the same Property
    where Shammah Consultants performed the $ 275.000 unpermitted repairs, that According to state of
    Florida licensing RECORDS Shammah Consultants Inc, or Jeffrey A Shammah was not a licensed
    contractor when he performed the $ 275.000 repairs and improvements to Mr., Wilson Hurricane
    Damaged Building. Stuart R Kalb and Roniel R Rodriguez IV withheld these facts and their knowledge
    of these facts before the court and instead of allowing Justice to prevail Judicial bribes prevail and

    from rich insiders and connected individuals. Gill Freeman photo appears in the Judicial disgrace
    because she allowed herself to become a part of Roniel R Rodriguez IV and Stuart R Kalb influences,
    Judge Freeman violated Florida Constitution ART. X 4 (a) where the court records and all supporting
    evidence proved beyond any doubt Mr. Wilson 20 year Mix use property was his Registered declared
    Homestead property, including a Federal Court Order that established Mr. Wilson 726A-726 N W 79 St
    Miami- FL 33150 AS DECLARED Homestead Judge Freeman Oct 9th 2015 executed an order that
    challenged Federal Judge Issoff 2008 Court order and denied Mr. Wilson Homestead Claim, contrary to
    Florida constitution Homestead Law for the benefit of Stuart R Kalb and Roniel R Rodriguez IV
    unlicensed Contractor Judgment execution.
