To reflect the experience for two years, expectation-and-role-based pay plus
experience-based pay is calculated in accordance with the basic table for nursing
assistants.

Facility A has aimed to provide fully-internationalized and high-quality medical


services since the opening as Facility B in 1871. To realize “highly advanced medical
technology” at higher level, we renovated facilities/equipment in December, 2006,
introduced electronic medical charts and obtained the certificate of accreditation by
the Japan Council for Quality Health Care (Ver. 5.0). To make efforts in providing the
best medical services from day to day under the philosophy of “Love and Service,” we
aim at “Outstanding Patient Experience” for patients, working out five fundamental
policies: (1) Advanced Medical Technologies, (2) Humane Spirit and Excellent Services,
(3) A Number of Medical Cases and Clinical Education, (4) Community Health and
Comments Medical Services for Diverse Nationalities, and (5) Ultimate Safety-Management.
